It's the lack of s/caps for Courtney that make me think he is not F1 (especially considering the other F4 have more s/caps than him) rather than the episode/edit

But what about the s/cap of the boat in Singapore. I mentioned in the SC thread that it definitely looks like Courtney when zoomed in! (I'm convinced!)

Only F2 go to Singapore based on the F3/FD episode description which doesn't mention Singapore or traveling so likely how Sam Frost's season was where F3/FDs were in Australia as sleuthed/speculated

Matty does seem to be in Singapore and so in F2 and IA it is between Jake or Lee for being in F2.

If I went just by the tenplay site of them having the 3 videos of Jake (kissing and date) I think Jake could be F1 just based on that alone and IA that Jake shown more jealous and Lee shown more vulnerable, they both are being shown having a response and feeling.

It's a toss-up between Lee and Jake for F1 for me but I am leaning more towards Jake as F1 since I just can't shrug this nagging feeling that Lee may end up heartbroken and his ITMs could reflect that especially if he is eliminated and they were filmed after that?

The edit for each of these guys ATM is Lee - worried, Jake - Jealous/slightly bitchy and Matty - Over eager.


Anyway, on to the last sentence in the bolded, do they really film eliminated contestants after filming is done particularly ones that were invested in the lead. I recall many discussions on this topic in previous non Aus seasons and it would be very hard for the producers to be able to get a contestant to sit down for PIs etc.

Not sure if this is true or not.

@Fifty I thought of you the moment I heard that F1 music played in the lead up to Courtney and Georgia's kiss in the episode tonight. I've been waiting all season to see which kiss gets it, and I'm so surprised it's Courtney and Georgia.

Tbh, in Georgia's ITMs, she seems so incredibly rapt that Courtney kissed her and it actually looks like she is really into him. There's no video on Tenplay of their kiss, but I'm getting rather suspicious as to whether they're trying to hide it on purpose now.

The only thing that keeps me sticking to the F3 as Matty, Lee and Jake is that screenshot which I can't seem to get out of my head.

I still feel very strongly that Matty is F1 (following my original speculation from week 1), but after this psycho F1 kiss music being played for Courtney and Georgia's kiss, and the amount of chemistry I can see between them, plus the way Georgia seems to reiterate that she "really likes him", I am not ruling out Courtney as F1 now. I just don't trust these producers anymore, and the screenshot is the only thing keeping me grounded really.

I agree with you. IF it is one of the guys and not just a photo taken over Singapore it does look like Courtney rather than the other guys. What "proof" do we have that Lee makes it to the FD or F2? Do we have more SC of him after the HTD?

If in fact Courtney is one of the F2 in singapore then he is F1 over Matty who I think is the other F2.
I still think that scene with Matty, Jake and Lee is the F3 RC though.

The editing is really choppy , the only guys who have been shown having meaningful conversations with her at CP are Matty and Courtney and we are already near hometowns. At this point her relationships with Jake, Cam, and Lee haven't gone beyond the single dates. Not fond of the editing to be honest. No interactions or growth shown at CPs.

I agree about the editing. Is she really not talking to the other guys at all ?

I can understand that they have to show how Matty is in at the end so her building connection with him which was missing initially. And also Courtney who is the reluctant contestant that they have to show that storyline.

Plus if these are in fact the f2 then it makes sense that their story is the only one being shown.

However, surely she is talking to the others beyond their SDs ? At least we could see why she potentially dumps them later ?

For F2 it is hard to say if there is "proof" of any of the guys there for sure:
- Atm, Matty seem likes a lock to be in F2 based on his s/caps and speculated/sleuthed to being in Singapore (and if they are not FDs s/caps).
- The s/cap of the boat in Singapore (aerial view) has been speculated to be Osher or Courtney but no proof of either atm.

Will need to sleuth further in the s/cap thread as they may help with pinning it down and seeing which s/caps are for FDs (in Australia) and which are in Singapore

ITs like lets go do these group dates and have fun and then what? Show us her different relationships with the guys. why does Lee, Jake and whoever deserve a 2nd date? We havent seen you talk to Jake individually in like 6 weeks and suddenly you take him on a 2nd date and start kissing him? same with Lee. It hasnt been a great season with editing IMO

Id rather she talked about the relationship and they let us see its growth either positive or negative. it has been all fun and games and not much substance imo
