Any episode that starts with Richie working out is the best there's been. Ever. Oh, Faith, the epi just started and you already make me want to cry with your self doubt. Olena starts immediately with her hate of camping. Rachel with the shotgun. Why can't I like her? What would Richie think if he watches this and picked Olena? She'll redeem herself in the end. Rachel's solo time, meh. Her dad will want to date him?! Why is Rachel dancing like that?! Alex solo time. I think he still likes her. Kid thing bothers him though. Nikki! Haha cute stealing him away. Adorable with the glasses. Richie laughs a lot with her. Olena's turn! Nikki sees her as a front runner! Such honesty from her. Always asking the hard questions. Wow lots of doubt with her, final one doubt? Faith's solo time. Yikes this is not going well. Ahh jumped from Richie wins car race to rose ceremony. What did I miss? Anything? Next epi should be a big one for Olena. Loved seeing Nikki hug Olena after the rose ceremony. The hometowns look intense tonight should be good!

Finally watched last night's episode. Even if I didn't know that we had run out of screen caps for Faith her edit tonight, her giggling and no being able to communicate her feelings, IMO, pretty much told us that he would not pick her.

I am also worried that Olena's negative edit last night and the preview of Richie's uncomfortable visit with her family at her HTDs is foreshadowing her exit as well. Are we 100% positive that she makes it to Bali? I can't remember if her screen caps have absolutely proven she was there. Was it the picture of her and Richie in the doorways?

Also - Even though I still believe that Nikki is F1 the story is showing that she seems to be the initiator for a lot of their intimacy. It could be just the way they have edited their time together or Richie might actually enjoy the girl taking the lead - many men do so I don't see it as a negative thing per se  - just interesting.

I found Rachael a bit full on and Nikki very sweet. I'm with you [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] - I liked how she immediately turned round and gave Olena a hug at the end of the RC. Nikki seems a little more mature than the other girls and I liked how she put an end to that stupid Never Have I Ever game - only suitable for college and hen parties IMO.

BTW - as I'm writing this its snowing outside! How many of you lucky ones are in tropical climes?

GD: hmm... they are really hammering it in that Olena is a "princess" and not one to go camping. IMO, that wouldn't be in the edit if she was F1...

Also, even though she doesn't have to like it at all I struggle to see Richie with someone who doesn't love camping or at least is someone who excited about those things as that is what he does a lot especially following him on his SM for the last year. It's just who Richie is, imo, and they even had Alex in ITMs saying that is the type of person Richie is looking for (which I agree with, at least someone who is super excited to try those things). She was just standing back and not interested in at (which is totally fine, it's not for everyone) but the lack of enthusiasm for getting stuck in at least for a match for Richie gives me pause.

Richie even says "I really love camping and I want a partner who can share this with" so he is reinforcing that and the edit is showing Olena as not liking it as much so the edit is showing me incompatibility, imo.

Richie and Alex having a chat... I don't see Richie ready to be a step-dad and if Alex's son is not on her HTD it makes a lot of sense. Alex seems more into Richie and stars in her eyes

Nikki chatting with Richie... cute they both wore hats. It seems very easy with them and natural. Richie once again saying Nikki brings out the best of him and Richie just seems like himself with her - I think that's what I like most is that Richie is still Richie with her and he is himself, imo.

Olena talking to Richie... what strikes me about them is that the conversation and energy goes down, imo. I don't see Richie as himself, happy and smiling and having fun and easy as he is, it just feels like a struggle watching Olena and Richie... like Richie is not himself. I think that's what stands out most to me with them when I see them together it just seems forced, even on Richie's part. I think they have attraction but I don't see compatibility longterm.

I remember earlier in the season Richie seeming to be exasperated, saying something along the lines of having to work hard with Olena for everything. And IMO it doesn't seem to have changed much even until now. I really feel there's only so long Richie is going to be prepared to 'work hard' with her before he's a bit over it. It's JMO, but feeling attracted to someone only goes so far. Saying all that, maybe just being attracted to her wins out!

Forgot to add, that I thought it was interesting to hear Olena say that she thought her feelings for Richie hadn't developed near as far as the other girls had already. I'm wondering how 'into' him she really is?

Such a fun and classy girl and just so genuine. I can see these two being friends in real life

Yeah I think it is like Richie said, 2 steps forward, 1 step back with Olena and it just seems like such a struggle. I also think Richie works really hard for it and is prepared to but IA, other than attraction, I just don't see the compatilibility in the real world.

I watch Richie with Olena and I honestly feel bad for him. He doesn't seem like himself with Olena and he's someone who wants to "smile through life" and while there are glimpses with that with Olena it just seems like they go over the same stuff again and again and again and there's no progression.

I want to see Richie happy and melting and in love and someone who is 100% into him and will make Richie her world as much as he will make her his world.

I don't see that with Olena. I just see struggle and even the reality of this show and cultural stuff, etc, does not explain or reason away that for me.

I can see what you mean about the lack of progression with Olena. Watching last night I couldn't help thinking that she was just not putting out vibes that she's 100% into him like Nikki is, for e.g. It's what we all want to see. But she's neither saying or showing that she just wants to be around him, with him, hold him etc. Maybe I've mis-read it, but IMO, given we're so close to the end of the road, Olena is going to have to come around a long way in terms of committing to Richie for him to choose her.

This kind of shade casting makes me think Olena IS f1.
