Bachelor Australia - Season 4 - Richie Strahan - Episode Discussion - *Sleuthing - Spoilers* #2

As much as I would like Olena to be one Richie chooses, her being shown so little makes me think she won't be F1. It doesn't go with the premise of the show where they are trying to show a love story. She is hardly featured and coupled with that she seems to have her guard up. Oh but is she beautiful!! I love her.
I cannot warm upto Nikki. Her coyness and demure nature are not attractive for me.
Faith would be a great choice. She makes me laugh with her.

Just watched the latest episode and I have a few thoughts - most likely repeating what everyone said last night - but here goes.

Steph's ok but as MOT I have little interest in her but I did notice her physique - Could she be the one jumping off the boat? I'm probably clutching a straws as I really don't what Alex to get to F3. Also Rachael's hair is quite blonde at the ends -could it be her?

I adore Faith - she's definitely my fave - and I love her and Richie together. They just have an ease about them. But the fact that he is so comfortable around her might mean that he has friendzoned her a bit BUT I certainly don't kiss my male friends like that! So I still have my fingers crossed.

I actually got quite excited when I heard the background music when they were kissing - it seemed very romantic - have we heard it before? I maybe am putting more meaning behind it than there is because I really do think her and Richie would be amazing together. She's my Heather of this season.

Do we have anything proof that she's definitely not in the F3?

Rachael is becoming the new Keira and Alex is getting more emotional and unsure. It will be interesting to see how confident Alex is after her single date with Richie tonight and how the other girls react.

Also when are TPTB going to give us some more screencaps? I thought we'd have another preview of the episodes ahead by now.

I am pretty sure that Snez was shown more than Olena by this point in the season. IMO, they will start to show doubt for Nikki soon, now that they have aired the whole Rachel/Alex 'Nikki is Richie's girl' discussion. Olena will probably be the one that will cause viewers doubt as the edit begins to highlight her connection with Richie more.

Interesting. So that's the final 5? I'm assuming this includes the screen cap of Nikki, Racheal and Faith with the life jackets, any others that will fit?

That it would be, but the edit is seriously promoting Nikki as the one contrary to how others and myself might see other probabilities. So to me, the edit is showing that that Richie is seeking out Nikki although it is clear he's having conversation with others at CP. For the pros on, here my question is about the story... love story. Who's having a "love story" and what kind of connections are being made. Maybe appearing to be made.

To me, it seems that the opposite of what we get to see and hear is the real story at times. The part when Richie talks about wanting a real woman... What does that mean?

Regarding the bold ...

This is my frustration with this franchise - we don't get to see the love story until near the end. There is too much mucking about with the MOT girls and we don't get to see the connection the lead has with his top six or so. I think it would be pretty obvious to the lead after the first few weeks who they actually really like and are attracted to. So yes - have 24 or so contestants at the beginning but maybe eliminate more each week so we can get to the ones that count. I personally prefer watching the last few episodes of each season rather than the earlier ones - apart from the first night where we have the first meet and greet - that's always fun.

I think Alex and Olena on the go-carts could also be part of the camping trip, as well as Richie kissing Faith on the head. He seems to be wearing the same outfit in both screencaps?

Camping? That should be interesting! Re: the boat screencap...the girl is wearing a blue bikini. Wonder if any of the girls are wearing a pale blue bikini on the camping trip (I can't tell which colour Nicki's is). It many not mean anything, but would be interesting if there was a 'bikini match'. I am assuming that they each have more than one swimsuit though and may be clutching at straws! Or this may not even be the camping date?

Is it Olena on the go kart? Looks like Steph to me. Will have to go back and have a look.

Thanks for the Sep 7th Weds episode information. So does this mean HTDs will all be shown on Thursday, Sep 8th episode with us knowing F3 by the end of that episode which is 2 weeks from now?

Just trying to figure out if we get more screen caps next week (Aug 31st or Sep 1st episodes) versus 2 weeks from now (Sep 7th / Sep 8th episodes) that is after HTDs.

By the way it's Olena on the go cart with Alex IMO just not sure if that's the camping date or another GD.

Also that screen cap of Richie kissing Faith on the forehead is the only one that has a background that matches camping IMO but there could be other caps though.
