Usually filming finishes before it is aired so tptb can turn, splice and twist situations the way they want to give us the impressions the want to convey.  imo

Week 1 (July 27 & 28)
E1 - Things are about to heat up: it's Bachelor season! Hearts will melt as 22 of Australia's most eligible ladies vie for Richie Strahan's attention as he returns in the hope of finding true love. (Red Roses = Megan, Tiffany; White Rose = Alex)
E2 - One lucky Bachelorette is whisked away to a secluded beach by private chopper for the first single date of the season. The group date sees the Bachelorettes embrace the 50's for a magazine photoshoot. (SD = Nikki; SD = Olena)

Week 2 (Aug 3 & 4)
E3 - Just how high will Richie go for love? How about going on a date suspended off a cliff top above crashing waves below. Later, let the good times roll in a competitive group date with a twist.(SD = Megan)
E4 - With a licence to thrill, Richie channels his inner James Bond as he takes one lucky Bachelorette on a spectacular date to remember. Later, a 'Cinderella Ball' awaits the winner of a waltz dance off. (SD = Faith; SQT = Keira)

Week 3 (Aug 10 & 11)
E5 - Like a scene out of Pretty Woman, the single date sees Richie and a lucky girl arrive at fashion designer Camilla's store in a limousine. Later on the group date 'Nobody puts Baby in the corner'. (SD = Alex; SQT = Nikki)
E6 - Richie and his date take to the skies aboard a helicopter en-route to an intimate dinner for two. Plus, the group date heads to the inaugural Bachelor Games - a sporting championship like no other. (SD = Kiki; SQT = Faith)

Week 4 (Aug 17 & 18)
E7 - Richie takes one lucky lady to the seas tonight, hoping for a love story of Titanic proportions. Later, Richie invites the Bachelorettes to a garden party but will he even show up? (SD = Rachael)
E8 - One Bachelorette is flying high when she becomes the first to be chosen for a second single date. Later, Richie surprises the Bachelorette's with a date that will put their cooking skills to the test. (SD = Olena)

Week 5 (Aug 24 & 25)
E9 - Richie is hoping to take it up a notch as he takes his chosen lady for a high-octane jet-ski ride. Plus, is it possible to measure love? Richie puts his group dates up for a compatibility test.  (SD = Steph; SQT = Faith)
E10 - Richie takes the plunge on a steamy single date with one lucky Bachelorette. Plus, the eight remaining Bachelorettes battle it out on the first Bachelor Highland Games. (SD = Alex; SQT = Faith)

Week 6 (Aug 31 & Sept 1)
E11 - Richie and his date take the opportunity of the single date to tell each other how they are feeling. Later, the group date tests The Bachelorette's teamwork & willingness to get down & dirty. (SD = Nikki)
E12 - As it gets closer to the grand finale, all the remaining Bachelorettes are hoping for one more single date, but only two will be so lucky this week. 
(SD = Faith; SD = Rachael?)

Week 7 (Sept 7 & 8)
E13 - Richie is hoping a camping trip with the Bachelorettes will give him a sense of who is up for adventure and fun. Who will make it to hometowns and who will stumble at the final hurdle? (F5 with possible mini dates/1on1 time)
E14 - Richie travels the country to meet the friends & families of the final four Bachelorettes during the hometown visits. Will he survive the grilling from protective parents and friends? (F4 HTDs)

Week 8 (Sept 14 & 15)
E15 - TBA (F3 FDs)
E16 - TBA (F2 MTP/LCD/FRC)

Do we know for a fact that intro videos were made for all the contestants on Richie's season?  

IMO, I don't think intro videos are made for all contestants and from what I know (from someone that has worked on the AU show) only some contestants get intro videos as it is just too much cost and time to have intro videos made for ~20 contestants.

That being said, I do agree though that there are possibly intro videos made that are not used as well as the order of the limo entrances can be different. For example Faith was in the same limo as Nikki who was shown arriving first and Nikki may have indeed been the first one but so far there's no proof to show that Nikki was not the first to arrive. If Nikki's limo entrance was spliced like they do on the Bach US shows then it reminds me even more of Lauren B on Ben's season where Lauren was shown first as Nikki was.
