That's a good read IMO. I could do without the play by play by Carly or anyone for that matter.

I like that Evan feels if it's important to Carly then it's important to him. I never thought of that issue, since they were on BIP there was no way to ask the parent for their blessings.

I'm pretty sure from sleuthing, he owns his condo. I'm sure I saw old IG's of when he bought it. Maybe they are looking at a single family house.

I think he owns a condo, which Carly stays in, and a house that he stays in when he has his kids. I remember them doing an interview saying Carly wasn't moving in to the house until after they were married because they wanted to set a good example for his children. That's so exciting for them though! i bet a wedding is real soon
