I'm trying something new. It's a rotating, fading banner. Let me know if anyone notices any issues that may be interfering with this program. TYIA.

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] The only thing I notice and am sensitive to is a kind of jerking or pulsating every few seconds of the screen. I think it is in rhythm or sync to the banner flipping. Or at least I hope it is the forum and nothing neurological on my end. It's the lesser of 2 evils.

They are all great but that new Arie banner in the white tux and his blue/grey eyes penetrating through the racing helmet....is just so yummy! Yowza.
I would like to have that one in the helmet just for my avi...during his season! Can I find it anywhere here?

This.
I use the "View New Posts" option then scroll down the list of subjects to open each thread I want to view in a new window. With the rotating banners, it keeps going back to the top of the thread list so I don't have time to actually look at the bottom of the list when there are a lot of threads so I can open the threads I want to look at.
As I was typing this reply, it did the jerking thing and kept pushing the reply box down on the screen so the banners were showing in full.
Definitely distracting.

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] Havadrpepper has described this issue perfectly.
It is really an issue on my end trying to run through the new posts for the daily catch ups. I am being yo-yo'ed all over the forum etc.
Hopefully it can be fixed and the banners can still rotate. It's very difficult viewing and/or navigating.

Re: Banners - Discussion Thread #3
I put it back to the way it was. I liked the feature and it was easier for me to keep track of the order of the banners. I will play with it some other time. I changed the speed of it, which is when I think the flickering started. It should be back to normal now.
