I agree it's Josh's voice at the end saying "My love... will you marry me". And I'm also pretty certain it's Josh in the sweaty white shirt for the proposal at the end of the clip. Amanda is shown walking out on the beach in a long floral blue dress and she's wearing gold bracelets on her left wrist.  I think that's Josh with the silver wrist watch putting the cushion cut/ halo diamond ring on Amanda's trembling hand with pale pink nail polish and a gold bracelet showing.  Josh doesn't have a tattoo on his wrist/forearm.  I think it's Evan shown opening the ring box (lighter skin) and Grant with the wrist tattoo shown with the girl in the black dress (Lace). The rings seem pretty modest in size compared to the Bach/bachelorette rings, but I think we expected that.

Btw, It's also Josh and Amanda shown embracing on the beach with fireworks at the very beginning of the preview.

I feel I owe an apology to the forum and JAM. 
I thought long and hard about the deleted photo and the preview. Then I had a "light bulb" moment. 
This is a photo from the promo that ABC put out.
The screen cap is mine I took from the ABC promo above. No doctoring has been done.

As anyone can see it is pretty innocent. It may be suggestive and it may not be what I would want out there, but IMO it is fairly innocent.  I do not find it objectionable IMO and that is why I am posting it. It was in the ABC promo.

The lightbulb moment for me, was taking this photo and turning it. Removing the ABC logo and lightening it a bit. The photo took on IMO a different perspective. And that is what I saw last night and then deleted. 
This is very similar to what I deleted last night. To me, the photo takes on a different perspective.

Beach Lover, you are absolutely right! My bad! I'm a terrible Josh fan not knowing he doesn't have a tattoo on his forearm . I also thought it was Carly walking towards the proposal shot! I'm batting 0 today ;-). That's what I get for trying to work and get my Jam fix at the same time.

No worries @Kashathediva    Mystery solved!  At least I know my local TV station isn't censoring my programs. Maybe they should.

Bingo! I was thinking the same thing!  At least JAM aren't getting it on with multiple people days before getting engaged to each other.  They are all having sex on BIP, Bachelor & Bachelorette whether ptb air the action or not.  

I do wonder if they will air the clip on the actual show.  Seems to me the promo was trying to portray Amanda/Nick as the couple and most who saw it (that aren't online or spoiled) probably think the guy was Nick; not knowing that Josh is even going to be on BIP so that when Josh turns up and "steals" Nick's latest love, Twitter will explode.

Yeah, not a problem when Emily Maynard, sweet single mom with a kid older than Amanda's, screwed Arie and Jef, but it was edited out  that she never did it with either. I guess nothing dirty  that MeAndi screwed Nick and Josh, then lied about it to Josh.  But Amanda and Josh making love, to each other, & no other people, then getting engaged, is dirty.  I wonder what we'd think if they had shown MeAndi banging Nick and Josh?  Or Kaitlyn banging Nick and Shawn?   *IMO*

To me Josh and Amdana were making sweet, passionate love to each other, which is very normal as they fell in love and got engaged. The only dirty and abnormal thing is how perverted this franchise has become with hidden cameras, and alluded to sex in the promo.  I hope they will not show it on the show, but Fleiss is dirty old horndog douchebag, so who knows?

Also, I just watched Josh's proposal to MeAndi, it was sad, he really loved her, until she showed what a true lying skank she is after the show ended, a selfish, manipulative bitch to the max. *IMO* However, he did not call MeAndi "my love" in their proposal, so I'd like some fact checking on that as to when he called MeAndi "my love".

One other tiny thing, Amanda is 26 not 25 as has been stated over and over in here, Josh is 6 yrs. older, totally normal, my hubby is 6 yrs. older than me, oh, and he sweats a lot when it really hot out, but I still love him, wet or dry.

I finally saw the clip, big deal (not).    Oh, I just saw the pic. upthread, hella hot, love the dreamy look on JAM'd faces.
