Maybe someone has some dirt on him. Or a TV wedding is getting in the way. Strange anyway.

^ Or the new show is getting in the way. Or something completely different Oh well. No Mr. presidenttttt for Ben and no First Lady for Lauren. That type of responsibility and criticism will be taken off their plate IMO.

He did not say his reasons . Weird . So now that he decided not to run at all . I would assume their new upcoming reality show will disregard on making story about his running in politics and more of their post bachelor private life in Denver and their wedding planning . Would definitely getting interesting jmo.

That's what I'm saying. It has nothing to do with he and Lauren's relationship, since it seemed like he just signed some contracts last week. Seems like something literally just came up and/or fell through. I doubt it has to do with the show/tv wedding though, because I would think they would've already known if that was going to interfere or not. That stuff is planned so far in advance and they already starting filming on their show.

It is strange. The statement was so vague for reasons.

In addition to campaign finance complications, and ordinary work issues, putting a political candidate in this position would be impossible to navigate under FCC Fairness Doctrine, just think about it. If aired before the election, every episode would be a commercial, and any network airing it locally would need to allocate equal or fair time to an opponent, plus think of the value of that free time and compensation. What were they thinking in other words.

Perhaps the reality show causes some campaign finance ethical issues that are just came to light? It's campaign advertising, and that could get murkey with how they are being paid or whatever. IDK, just my speculation.

It's probably for the best. The have so much on their plates. Politics will still be there, down the road, when he is married and more settled. He can/should find a seat he actually has a chance of winning and go from there.
