I haven't seen the epi from last night yet so this kind of spoiled it for me. But I don't mind. They are too adorbs. So happy they decided to stay together. Love Nick's body language here. His legs are open which means something good. I can't remember.

Can someone tell me when these two got married? I'm happy they decided to stay together. I think they have a lot in common and could make it work long-term if they get past the early hurdles. I like couples who treat this like a marriage and truly try to make it work instead of running at the first sign of trouble. No point getting married if you just treat it like dating.

I'm pretty sure they got married the beginning of April. It was sleuthed that Derek and Heather got married the end of April which was later than the other two couples, and speculated that they replaced another couple who dropped out. Someone can CMIIW.

I so hope they stayed together. They're my fave couple this season. They seem hesitant to touch each other on Camera. I'm a very touchy feely person and I just feel like telling Sonia to give Nick so much physical affection that he won't know what to do other than reciprocate.

I may be alone in this theory but, here goes. I am beginning to think that this is one big hoax on the part of the producers. I think these two may well be going strong and due to the premature departure of Dereck and Heather they needed to manufacturer drama and these were the sacrificial lambs. Do I think some of it happened as we saw it? Sure. But there are some things that simply just don't add up right to me.

Recalling that the picture that was drawn for us of Jamie and Doug by the producers was a bit off the real truth and that slipped out as Jamie and Doug kept lasting and lasting. Someone asked her something along the lines of when did you start to think the you might have misjudged Doug? Her answer was during the honeymoon and yet we thought they had a horrible honeymoon in the traditional sense of the word. At least from what we were shown.
The producers really needed to have a good show to keep interest and it would have been more of a repeat of a repeat, of a repeat of scenes over and ever again worse than it was due to being a couple down.. The fact that they showed Nick minus his ring also has me thinking they are trying to manufacturer drama where there is none.

^^ nuts2uiam -- I totally agree with you for the most part. I still think Nick is somewhat of a strange person. He seems to blow "hot and cold." Based on what we were shown, I'd not have stayed with him.

Seems parallel to Sam and ??? (I forgot his name) from last season. It seemed they were solving their issues and getting along well and then he opts for divorce at the end. The whole thing was weird.

I suspect the audience is being "taken for a ride." So what else is new?

I think it could be manufactured drama too. There are a number of legit reasons Nick could be missing his ring. I haven't kept up with spoilers, so don't know if they are together or not, but this show seems to like to pile on the drama. IMO.

I think it is producer-driven drama also. Maybe he took it off to wash the dogs and it slipped down the drain or he did something stupid and it got damaged?
I warmed up to him as I saw that he was trying. I agree that they seem to not want to show affection on TV, as it makes both of them uncomfortable. My two cents.

They are still together.  Why his ring is not on, was because when he play golf that he dont want to lose it or mess it up so he ties it to his golf bag.  They have moved into a new place.  They look happy and he was holding on to her for dear life, he seems changed.  They had dinner with family and the father gave a toast and is happy how things are going.  I think it was his family.
