Hello! I'm a newbie so excuse the fact that I haven't learned how to quote etc dizzy

I re-watched the first episode today and came here to make the exact same observation about the grey-suited leg exiting the shot of Georgia on the bench in the red dress. I'm 99% sure that's Courtney's leg, so I reckon he walks, possibly because he's not over his ex (I read that he's only had one real girlfriend, they broke up recently and he went on the show to 'try to get over her').

Also I reckon the 3-shot of Matty/Lee/Jake where Lee and Jake drop their heads is possibly from an earlier ceremony where Cam goes and Courtney stays? They look like they're disappointed at who's going, from a mate's point of view, and I can't seen them bonding as well with Courtney as Cam, if you know what I mean? So I'd say that is the F4 ceremony.

Finally I think the voice lines at the end of the 'flash forward' footage from ep 1 are very telling - they've edited Matty J saying 'I can't fault you' and then Georgia saying 'I love you so much'. If Matty J was F1, that would totally give the game away, and I can't see them doing that as it would be too obvious. Unfortunately (since he is my favourite) I think Matty J will be F2 and Lee is F1.

Thoughts?

Just watched the NW Magazine video that [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] posted in another thread and I may have found something (?)

Lee is wearing black board shorts in the video, so maybe the person diving into the pool with Georgia in the season preview is not Matty like we originally sleuthed?

EDIT: just ignore this post guys! the shorts were navy blue. duh

Two other quick points to potentially support a Lee/Matty J Finale:

In the flash forward to Singapore when Georgia and (presumably) F1 or F2 are diving into the pool, you can see the guy's toes are pointed - a lot was made of Matty J pointing his toes on the trapeze date so I think that's probably him?

Secondly, Lee has stated in an interview that he 'hasn't even told his mum how far he goes'. That's totally something a guy would do if he wanted his mum to get a nice surprise when watching it. I'd be completely shocked if he's not F1!

That is why I am wondering if the person is leaving and Georgia is blindsided? Could be something else entirely though!

However, after someone in the F4 is eliminated, the lead walks them out of the RC room and goes out to talk to them on some bench.

This could be him walking off after that little talk with her still being emotionally vulnerable. Plus I doubt that gorgeous dress is suitable for too much movement. She probably thought why bother ? Haha.

As I mentioned a page or so back, I was rewatching the season promo vid posted by AAL and found these few items of interest.

Actually if someone has the technical skill to do it (promo) in slow motion we may unearth something more. a series of clips is more telling than A single SC

Another scene which is interesting is. CAM and the blindfold. I wonder if this is a. Repeat of Richies Group date activity where G figures out differing chemistry with the guys (which is very interesting IMO) or if that is a SD.

I might be wrong, but isn't Cam's blindfold date part of the ballroom dancing GD? Looked like the same venue to me, but I'll have to go back and check.

IMO This is setting up for Matty's SD, we saw in the last episode that he had that VO, where he talked about going over the date in his head to see if G liked him. It could be because of the rose being given first, but I think it also is setting up the two on one going home, where both go, and then there will be two more going home at the end of the next rose ceremony Then Matty has his SD. He might be thinking that he's the next to go since he just had a date and hasn't gotten a rose on any of their time together. Just a thought. Hope that made sense.

I know I didn't explain myself well on this. Everyone went through the pecking order getting dates and then roses on dates showing that G wanted them to stay. One of the last dates was Matty's, now come the elimination dates, the 2 on 1 and Matty has another date he might be feeling oh I'm going to be sent home, could be what the producers are trying to make us believe, with the VO of him explaining his date and the panning to his suprised/shocked face in the promo. Sorry for the confusion

I think Matty J is one of the most highlightend guys almost every episode because of him having so many interviews. I think they are totally wanting him to be the next bachelor!
