LOL, noobsleuth. I was totally distracted from the first part of the date because I was mezmerized by the way that bikini top gave Ashley boobs! I can't believe JP wasn't distracted too.

Favorite Foods! What Does Ashley Hebert Eat to Stay Slim?

She's naturally tiny, loves to dance, jog, and do other exhausting exercise stuff — but another reason Bachelorette Ashley Hebert stays slim is because she's a healthy eater. Not too long ago, the major Thai food fan talked to Shape Magazine about the foods she eats almost every day and the list is filled with stuff to inspire folks who might not be a size 0.

Cottage Cheese: "Every day I eat cottage cheese with fruit, like mango or mandarin oranges."

Smoothies: “I throw anything healthy into a blender and make a fruit smoothie, or a protein shake."

Salads: According to Shape, Ash loves to put together large salads filled with nuts, fruits, eggs and lean meat.

Cupcakes! No one can live on healthy stuff alone, and Ashley admits she has a sweet tooth. Of course, it's cupcakes, since that's her team name and her fiance JP Rosenbaum's nickname. What's her favorite dessert? “Red velvet cupcakes with cream cheese frosting or anything chocolate!”

But she probably won't get to eat too many sweets when out with her new sweetie, JP, since Cupcake is a big health nut. Anyone who has seen the paparazzi pictures of him out in New York has noticed he's at the gym pretty much every day. And during his hometown date on Season 7, he was feeling guilty for eating too many carbs.

One of JP's exes, Stacey Klein, is now a stay-at-home mom — but she dated JP for three months after college in 2000. She told the Boston Herald JP was “very into his body." "I remember one night he ate pizza and was really, really mad at himself,” Stacey said. “I thought it was a bit strange for a guy in his early 20s to be worried about eating pizza.”

Hey, if it works it works. And JP and Ashley seem very happy with each other’s fit bodies.

The only problem is that blogging has been fine this season because I've had the summer free, but I'm starting my first "real" job in a few weeks and I don't know how much time I'll have. Good luck in the new job, belle! I just hired a recent grad and it has been fun to see how excited he is to be out of college and getting started in life. I graduated 20 years ago so I guess it made me feel young!.

Also thought it was funny reading your profile... I was raised near you (shout out to the 30033) and live in Buckhead. And I went to Tech so I spent college football games looking up at the headquarters of your beloved Diet Coke!
