Bachelor In Paradise - Season 3 - Potential Contestants - *Sleuthing - Spoilers* #2

I'm a fan of Nick and I hope he finds someone he wants to be with, but I just don't see him coming out of BIP with anyone.  There are just so many negative comments made about him that I just can't help but think that it will affect the women on the show, even though they were aware if it beforehand.  They may not want to be with someone that has so much negativity thrown his way (undeservedly so imo).  I know there is also positive, but it may be out weighed by the negative.  And that's a shame because I am inclined to believe he is really a good guy.  Maybe it won't matter to them once they get to know him.  And he is still being called a villain.  I never saw him as a villain on either season, but it looks like that label seems to be sticking with him.  I hope he plays it pretty cool on the show and gets a fairly good edit.

** I would also be curious to know if there was a woman who came on the show specifically for Nick?

I know! I didn't like either of them on their respective seasons, yet somehow I'm strangely rooting for them together. It's like when you see a couple of 6 year olds who decided that they're boyfriend and girlfriend and you pat them on the head before sending them back to the playground.

Literally!! It's so perfect I can't even stand it right now. She's exactly the type of woman who will allow him free range to "protect" her and the kiddos as much as he can stand and make him feel like the type of man he thinks he is. And she's just a little, idiotic darling, who wants to look up to some big, dominant man or someone who thinks he's like that.

Oh Alanna.....you and I always seem to root for the same couplings with a few exceptions. I'm so scared I'm going to get sucked into this one.......

Tooooooo much Bachelor news, I'm in saturation and somehow missed this Amanda/Josh news! Yeah, makes total sense. And I hope Nicky is in something somewhat solid with Jen and SWSNBN head explodes!! Yeah!!!!

I'm not ready to pick out the china, but I do think Josh/Amanda could translate to real life. Both could do worse, honestly.

Yes it is too early since this is sorely coming from RS and his gibber jabber.

Something is off with RS's spoiler. He said Nick took Amanda out on a date in the first episode, and then Josh came in on the second episode and took Amanda out and they have since been inseparable. Hence stealing Nick's girl...again. But did he? Nick must have gone out on a date with Leah Block in that first episode too, because RS spoiled it on June 10th (before Josh arrived on the scene). Josh didn't go silent on SM until later June 10th so he couldn't have been there yet. So either RS was wrong about Nick and Amanda going out on a date or Nicky boy was playing the field and going out with two girls. How would Nick have pulled off two dates in one episode anyway???

(BIP SPOILER): Nick Viall on a date with Leah Block. They're turning the town into a phony festival for the date.

They can go on multiple dates in a week. I'm guessing both Leah and Amanda asked him and he went on both. Several times the person has declined the second date because they liked who they went on the first date with.

^^^ So we're assuming the girls both asked him out, vs. him asking atleast one of them out? I can't remember how date cards work, is it the ones that have control over giving out roses on that episode that ask people out?

One gender does the asking for each set of dates. So in this case I'm guessing the girls had the date cards. Maybe TPTB knew Amanda was interested in Josh and had her ask Nick so that the next episode Josh could "steal" Amanda from Nick.
