Yeah I like that he didn't say he was falling in love just to win or get the rose. He said he could see love happening between them. He was also sincere about how it's difficult to feel committed, and feel strong to take a leap with soo many of Jojo connections and relationships.

I can't wait for him to find his special one. If I were younger I would be stalking him...........well, I guess I already stalk him (on sm)

While he doesn't do it for me personally, I do think that he is going to be an amazing husband and the woman he ends up with will be one very lucky lady.

You guys I haven't had a chance to read everything. Is Chase out of the running for Bachelor?

I wouldn't say that, not that I'm biased or anything.

I think speculation is that it will be Luke, and I agree. However, we don't know if he wants it, right? IDK hard to say IMO.

I agree. I personally think it's Luke's gig if he wants it but we don't know if he wants it. Anything can happen. All JMO.

With the way TPTB works contracts prob won't be signed until the last minute again, so anything can happen yet.

Ok, so Chase isn't completelly out of the running. Good. Is Robby? Out of the running I mean? I haven't found (yet) where either of them may or may not have screwed up their chances. 
If it's easier or I'm asking in the wrong thread, please just point me in the right direction.

I think from the intro's, Luke/barn door similar to CS's barn door pic, and just his edit in general makes me think he is their choice.

I don't think Chase or Robby have done anything to take them out of the running, that I could see.

Ok good. I agree that he seems like the obvious choice but coming out of unspoiled, he just seems a little one-note to me. I hope they will really consider all viable options.

There have been many comments that Luke is dry, boring and one dimensional. 
This could very well be due to his edit, just as the any other cast is portrayed the way they are by TPTB.
What seems to be recent history is there are one or two candidates in mind and TPTB will tease the fans to build talk and interest in the next season regardless of how serious they might be with one person. 
Sometimes they go with their original choice, but still tease the fans and let them think others are being considered. 
Sometimes they change horse midstream. 
Who can understand what motives or mindset they have? So I would say they have until August? I think that is when Ben was finalized.(late August?) I don't remember. GA might.
