I think that chad was bullied but i also think that he needs to be in his gym and not out of it and shut his mouth.

his role filled the first 4 episodes until we start to see the different love stories...

Yes he was.  Starting in Sean's season17, Bach and ette included, the F1 has always had a rose in epi 3 whether that was an individual date or group date.  

If you are talking having a rose before the RC that's false, at least in Sean's season. Cat never got a group date rose and didn't have an episode 3 individual date.
