A lot of people won't believe it so JoJo will come out as the best bachelorette ever and when the break up occurs she will still be the best bachelorette ever.

I guess as long as she gives a good performance for the fans that's all that will matter.

From what I've heard the traveling is grueling and the cast can not go out at whim without production escort and are often stuck inside.

they may have some time with a handler maybe during the fantasy date? 4 days doing nothing alone is a long time

Production gets a lot of freebies for the travel. Once they are at location, resorts, etc. provides room and probably meals in exchange for free advertisement being featured on the show. Any excursions get same. So I would imagine the only real expense is transportation. Most of these places see increased revenue due to televised exposure, so it's a win for them and a win for production.

I'm not saying they all held captives in their rooms, but I think from what I have heard they do spend a lot of time together as a group in their rooms unless on a date or production takes them out. It's not as if the cast is there for a vacation. Plus, production is working and their off days are theirs to do as they want. That's why we see cast in their rooms, chatting and arguing so much. No books, no tv, no phones, no computers. Basically all they have is themselves and conversation.
