Essie is a cute nickname. I kinda like Essex as well, it's unusual.

Still my favorite couple, along with Georgia & Lee.

I like Essex better than Fordham even though it definitely grew on me too. Essie is super cute.

If you're gonna name your child after a place, then please choose one that doesn't have a load of negative stereotypes attached to it. Hopefully they aren't very known in the US.

I am not a huge fan of either names for their offspring. But then, they didn't ask me nor need my permission.
Every time I hear the name Essie I think of the oodles of geriatric women I took care of over the years. It's often short for Esther. I wonder if she may have been named after someone in JP's family.
I also, wondered if the name Rhys, Reece was a familial name from one of their families.

Ugh, I wasn't familiar with that!

I don't love either of the names either, but I'm probably going to choose some quirky name for my hypothetical children that most people hate, so I can't judge.

Fordy got his baby sister! Congrats to Ashley and JP on their beautiful little bundle of joy. I like her name. Thrilled for the whole family!!!

The name is okay.. Essie is cute. I didn't like Fordham (Ford/y) name at first... but he's is SOOO stinkin' cute, it masks the name!

But congrats to the both of them!

A head full of hair? Ok. But a head full of dark hair. Definitely wasn't expecting that.

I wonder if the Rosenbaum's were disappointed she didn't come out looking like Ford with reddish locks?

I can't see how they or any parent that I know would ever be disappointed in anything when their child was born.
