Normally seeing Jake on my screen would cause my gag reflex too, but he is a peripheral acquaintance of JoJo's family, so I am not as annoyed as I would normally be. And for me it could be worse, it could be SeanCat telling JoJo how to have a successful marriage in Dallas. Sadly I will take Jake over them now. I have at least seen less of Jake recently. All JMO.

I mean we knew about his connection to the family, but really?  Who wants advice from him?  Unless its advice on what not to do and how not to act   , I can't see how he'd be of any help.

I imagine advice from someone she knows like Jake may be more helpful to Jo Jo than from Kaitlyn. He had to weather the aftermath of his season with Vienna after all. As I seem to recall we saw Kaitlyn ask Nick to "Promise" he loved her, so sorry but her advice doesn't hold water for me. She may still be with Shawn but they are not married. Jake is now back to being a pilot as well and can tell her his woes of trying to make a living being a celebrity.

Kait and Shawn are certainly not my favs and she did herself no favors acting as she did to encourage and lead the three ring circus and drama on her season.  But they must be doing something right or Shawn is by letting Kait do whatever she wants while he fully lends his support and love, since they're still together a year after meeting.  

Maybe her advice will be more along the lines of what not to do as well, if so she might actually be helpful. Personally, I'd tell Jake to slither back under whatever rock he came from and take his advice and shove it, but that's just me.  Since there is a family connection maybe she'll be happy to see him and welcome his advice. I think I might actually find Kait's intentions and advice more truthful and honest that his.  She's the lesser of the evils here, IMO.  JMOAA.

OMG. Look at this picture I found of JoJo in high school. She played volleyball, basketball, and track according to her twitter. In the pic, she's the one at the front on the left and on the right is one of her BFF's Bradleigh. (There's also a lot of pics of her playing Volleyball in the slideshows.)

Fake Jake on Jojo's season. Not surprised. He'll come in all puffed up and save the day no doubt. He's a tool . Gag!

Perhaps he will advise JoJo on proper heels to wear. Jake wore hidden heels in his shoes during his season to give him height.

ETA: Considering I knew Mar 11th JoJo was chosen over Caila, it appears Jake might have known as well.

Not to speak for Kasha, but I am pretty sure that she was kidding about JoJo suggesting that Jake come onto the show to give her advice.  And, from what I have read, Jake is not one of JoJo's friends.  He is a friend of one of her brothers, so that is the family connection.  I highly doubt that JoJo socializes with Jake in other capacity other than if and when he is invited by her brother to attend some social event.

I for one can not stand the Jake Pavelka that I saw on my television screen, but I do not think that JoJo had anything to do with him appearing on this season.  JMHO
