ITA, Lauren is making an effort to build a life for her, with Ben, which she wants. It's so important to keep your own, keep yourself happy and build your own life for yourself, and she's doing just that. Her friends won't be only from Ben's circles, she's making them independently. Lauren isn't being made to just 'Lo' in BenLo, but Lauren with her own interests and life.

Wait, did the lunch with Trista already happen and we didn't get a picture???!! Or, is Trista implying the girl lunch is happening soon?

Ben and Lauren have reminded me of Trista and Ryan 2.0 from the beginning! Lots of similarities. I'm looking forward to the double date mash up picture! And if that girl lunch happened already, can we please get a tbt picture? Cause what the heck??

She said that half of it happened today (meaning that half of the double date) had lunch in denver. And then her last tweet said

I almost forgot weather predicting, Vail sight-seeing, & selfie taking (I did a horrible job)! Going 2 b very busy

The selfie taking is what makes me think she took a selfie of them and did a bad job. Also trista was in the Denver area over the weekend for work and Ryan is in Europe on a bike trip so I think the Denver lunch date did happen yesterday. Hopefully we'll get the selfie, good or bad, but I mean w those two how could it be bad??

Lauren is making an effort to build a life for her, with Ben, which she wants. It's so important to keep your own, keep yourself happy and build your own life for yourself, and she's doing just that.

IMO Lauren will do great. I have never heard anyone who has ever met her say anything about her other than she is just as sweet and kind as she seems to be. She did great on the show with the other girls in the house when it came to making new - and good - friends. Her interests are not "unusual" - she seems to like decorating, children, and now has an interest in wedding planning - which are things I think a lot of young women her age can relate to and probably share with her. She's off to a good start in Denver with her god-daughter's parents, past contestants (Trista & Ryan who are big Lauren B fans) and Ben's group of young married friends. She shares Ben's love of sports - who would have guessed on the Warsaw date when Lauren made that basketball shot that she was actually a good basketball player and followed the sport?

She's really sort of a Renaissance woman and has indeed brought a lot of "grace" into Ben's life ... and her own.

I've been thinking this for awhile but now knowing Trista and Lauren had lunch yesterday I think this even more. I just love that Lauren doesn't use SM to advertise or "show off" what she's doing. I think that'd be hard considering how good her life is currently.!Instead of a selfie or a check in at a restaurant yesterday with Trista, we got Ben's silly mustache and a pen tattoo. At the little 500, she could have uploaded a video from where Ben was announced but we got her eating ice cream in the stands. Ben may not always love that she enjoys playfully embarrassing him, but he's a lucky man to get a girl in her 20's that lives in the moment and doesn't feel the need to capture everything and post it on sm.
