She's a model so it would make sense that she was in the meeting with one management which is a modeling agency.

If One management is a modeling agency that's not good. I like it better when they stay in Denver and not get caught up in all this glamour. That's one of the things that make them so unique. Thoughts?

The woman who took the picture is a model so I'm sure it was her meeting not Lauren and Ben's. All she indicates is that they walked into the hotel - it doesn't seem to me that she gives any suggestion why they were there...

The way I read it, the girl who saw them was exiting a meeting with One management. Not Ben and Lauren going into a meeting. Her pronouns were ambiguous, but that was my take. I bet that's the hotel they are staying at and she ran into them in the lobby.

ETA: I re-read it. It's actually not even that ambiguous. She was walking out of a meeting with One Management and ran into Lauren and Ben in the lobby. She never indicates they were going into a meeting of any kind. This is probably just where they are staying.
