Thanks for all the pics and snaps. What a terrific event for Ben and Lauren, and their friends. I'd be crying too, if I met Miranda Lambert. And excited to get a picture with so many performers. Sam Hunt makes me swoon, too ~ no wonder Lauren wanted a picture with him. heartbeat

Lauren riding the cooler scooter backstage is hilarious, I'd do that in a minute.
She must be a blast to hang with and not dull and boring at all. I think she keeps Ben smiling all the time. And Ben's party side was evident last night too, the cowboy hat, the singing, etc. To me, they are perfectly suited for each other! l o v e

Oh my gosh! I'm so glad they didn't do DWTS! If Ben had done that, he'd probably just now be leaving the show. He seems like a good dancer - maybe he'd still even be there!! Think about all the bonding time they have had instead - Indiana x2, getting together with BOTH parents under one roof, Portland, the move to Denver, Ben going back to normal work, Lauren fixing up their home, QT with friends- both Lauren's and Ben's. This time has been invaluable for them. They probably are REALLY starting to know each other now- like really, really. If DWTS had happened, they'd still be in showmance territory with Ben spending more time with his pro- partner than Lauren. I have no idea if he was ever formally offered, but if turning it down to prioritize his relationship with Lauren was actually what happened - well, kudos. Just add that to the long list of mature decisions these two have been making. Their maturity and how each have handled every aspect of post show so far is impressive - especially considering their youth.

I was at first wanting him to do DWTS just because I'm a huge fan of the show, but I'm so happy he didn't do it, because it 1) showed Lauren that Ben's #1 priority is Lauren and their relationship, 2) Lauren wouldn't have moved to Denver yet, and they'd still be in a limbo of the shows and balancing time.

Now Lauren is in Denver, and I like the sound of what they have planned next few weeks and for the end of the year. They realise that for Lauren to build a life, it doesn't happen in a month, it takes time. And fixing the house up, too.

Because the postcard says 'MIA' at the top. They were also seen at the airport earlier today (IG.)
