From those sc from the preview I'd think Fleur was leaving as she has the only ITM shown and BL is not so good, imo. Who knows though.
If Erin and Naz are F2 then Jordan's friend who did interview with NZ Herald/Spy is in the know since he predicted those two - with Naz for F1.
I will be surprised if Erin is F1, I only see Naz or Fleur... and leaning more towards Naz considering all the media/SM.

I have a feeling he will let Fleur go at F3. If not, then I do think she is F1 because when her BIL was talking I saw on Jordon face that either he was gonna have to choose her or let her go as he was setting her up to be badly hurt and I don't honestly think he wants to hurt her.  imo.

On one hand I agree but on the other I am not so sure given Jordan's MO this season (taking those who are more into him further, or at least who don't express doubt toward him, imo).

Even though I think that the lead takes the ones they like the most to F2 regardless of how they get hurt (usually helps with more drama edit too) I don't see Jordan that into anyone (I find he mimics the BL of those he is with, words too at times) so in this case I think if Fleur is holding back again as she seems to be in the preview about overnights then that's definitely a sign she may be F3 since Jordan won't take someone further if they are holding back/have doubts.

That's how I see it more than Jordan trying to spare her feelings. I think it is more that Jordan will pick the one more into him and no doubts. He doesn't seem to like to reassure but to rather be reassured himself. Now if Fleur is in F2 then maybe she reassures him enough or more than whomever is F3 instead.

Oh good grief... Jordan says "there was an energy in the water" and it was "so amazing to see how much she enjoyed it".

There's zero progression with Jordan, imo.
