Bachelor New Zealand - Jordan Mauger - Season 2 - Episode Discussion - *Sleuthing* - *Spoilers*- #2

so I am going to concentrate on each ITM for each girl and make a vid for comparison. Then I will also collect all jordan's ITM talking about the 3 girls.

maybe we missed some clues?

I was looking at episode 7 and bam. I saw this...

episode 7... Erin got only quality time at a group date so far and she will have to wait april 5 to get a firs date at episode 10! That is not good for a F1. It was sure not love at first sight!    Then after this single date group dates and all of a sudden a 2nd single date where everyone a lot of people think she may be F1?

It does not make sense to me to be honest.

March 29 - Ep 8: GD
April 5 - Ep 10 = SD
April 12  - Ep 12: GD

April 25  - Ep 15: GD

I don't think everyone think she's F1... more or else to possibly explain the reason WHY she's still there.

Kate and Gab were more outspoken. Can you do a breakdown on them in comparison to Erin. Just to see maybe that Erin is next to be eliminate.

Have Erin sought Jordan out? Was it shown or just showing them having a chat?

If Fleur and Naz are the ones to have that immediate connection to Jordan, just trying to see about Erin or she is default because the other women who he previously had an interest in left or let go for whatever reason.

I am making a vid with the 3 girls chatting on ITM. it will also be interesting to see their clothes and see when those ITM were added.

after 3 episode, only a very short segment of erin so far.

Is the finale this coming week?

I personnaly dont think Erin is F1.
Nothing against the girl but she doesnt seem that interested neither does jordan.
She had a great date, yes,but we have seen better dates during the season and look how that ended?

Nothing tells me she is the one: sm, edit, jordan. Nothing.

I can change that with new elements the coming episodes but right now, i just can't see how she can be F1.

^^ IMO it was dust before the hometown to justify her presence top 3.

We discussed that already that prods ask the leads early on who will be the top 5 and along the way top 3. I still remain convinced that Storm was initially top 3. But then she wanted out. Enter Erin. IMO

They have to prepare the hometown trip, find location, activities etc. So at the time of top5 and top4, they already know IMO.

I don't and haven't seen Erin as F1, either and agree with @djogbenyuie. Erin didn't seem that interested in Jordan to me and I didn't see much of a connection between her and Jordan - they talked more about movies on their second date than anything else and it felt platonic to me. Not to mention, her interviews she sounds like she couldn't care less about being F1 (and not in a heartbroken way but like she really doesn't care, imo).

For edit I can see Fleur as F1 or as I've posted before possibly Naz not so much because of her edit but because of Jordan's VO/ITMs defending Naz as being "layered" even from the getgo when she was being Hit-list Naz. That and she is most like Chrystal, imo, who is Jordan's ex, so perhaps his personality type.

For SM and media I think it is pointing to Naz for F1 if going by Scout and NZ Herald especially. Scout spoiled Naz's 2nd single date (although she was hidden) and seems to be pro-Naz. Jordan's friend said Naz for F1 and others said the same, including Storm, Kate, Art, Chrystal, and others. Unless they are a part of trying to keep the mystery I think they may know something.

Regardless of F1 I don't see any lovestory/likestory or anything here - just a lead who is not that interested in being a lead and picking whomever is invested in him.

So far I think the two girls this season most interested in Jordan are Fleur and Naz except that Fleur has expressed doubts and wanted to quit and Naz said she wants to stay and hasn't expressed that she wants to quit so I'd say Naz is most invested to win/have Jordan than any of the other girls and so, given that Jordan reiterates how he "relies" on the girls initiating I can see him picking Naz based on that fact alone.

Loool AAL your last sentence is so funny. Im on my phone and i can't seem to find how to quote.

But in their defense, if NAZ is indeed F1 the fact that she was being focused on other girls at the beginning didnt help their story.
I mean he had to tell her to stop bringing up the others to finally starting to know her.

But he kept giving her a rose and im convinced it was not producer driven.

I would also think that the fact that he was attracted to her (or her type) could have stopped him to open up fully to the others. Like someone said, the cast was not destined to Jordan and even if he had tried, the other girls might just not be his type.

So i think knowing that, he let them approach him to see who is that girl that will show him interest while getting to know the few ones he might like including Naz.

Next episodes should be more telling and we might get more of their connection and hopefully the whole season will finally make sense.

That's just how I see it based on Jordan hitting me over the head this season   with his incessant need for the girls to invest in him or else bottom two it is (and then elimination if they don't straighten up)!

I actually think Jordan wanted Naz to stop talking about the other girls because he wanted her to stay focused on only him (and in that weird - you must invest/approach/initiate in only him way) and yet his ego was stroked that Naz was competing for him. Jordan seemed to have no problem though putting Naz in the bottom two when she didn't approach him. If she hadn't shed tears I doubt he would have done anything. Proof is him also going after Fleur when she shed her tears.  

Jordan seems to want someone who is confident but then wants to get them to be needy around them. Like it's a challenge of his which I don't find appealing and am just not invested in any of the F3 or Jordan. But hey, more power to him and F1 - may the force be with them (or something like that since Jordan loves Star Wars).
