Top picture: white flower in ( left )bouquet, no green ornament as in bottom pic. Top picture, block " A", bottom is "L. . Top, Cat cake pop is white, bottom is pink, top picture, extra light bulb, ( If I found too many, please delete/ edit to give others a chance!)

Sean's half pointer finger is missing
a leaf sticking up in the upper right only, nothing in the bottom
the cake's baby girl blue outfit has"L"and boy out has none
the blue block left top "A" and the bottom right block "L"

Yes the blocks were the first thing I noticed and probably wrong but looks like there are more stripes on her dress

There's a blue star in the bouquet 2nd photo.

Seans belt has extra holes in bottom picture , small blue decoration in left flower arrangement ( top).

On the invite next to the blocks the shadow from Sean's coat is different. Top one there's a part that comes out under the words...bottom one that's not there.
