Not sure about any of the couples then now..

I just looked around for some of the video interviews last week and can only find snippets. Erin and Bryce were on today extra, she said she had no regrets but said it a very flat way and Bryce immediately jumped in and said what about me on the hot air balloon as if he was trying to deflect.

Thinking like you AAL, no-one may be together now. Might explain why they had Alex and Zoe open the show and Zoe and Alex doing publicity last week.

Hmmm... Yeah I was wondering why Zoe and Alex were opening the show and doing media so that explains a lot if none of the couples are together. Luckily they don't have to deal with the reality of real divorce since the marriage isn't technically real.

I stopped watching the US version after S1 (followed a bit on the threads and it seemed it went haywire after first season) and enjoyed Alex and Zoe's storyline but thinking the 2nd AU season may be just there for the drama?

It feels like the "experts" just cast the people least ready for marriage and then pair them up with someone who is supposed to "fix" their issues and/or just have conflict and thus drama with their issues? Pretty sad when The Bachelor shows feel more real than these ones :/

I agree AAL. I read an article about Jono's anger management issues and how it triggered Clare's PTSD from an incident. Producers would have known this background in putting them together. Also Jono has a fear of reptiles and Clare called the honeymoon a set up. Having said that if Xavier was a little more mature, that looks to be a potential match.

That's pretty sad and not healthy at all for the "experts" to do that. I don't care for Jono but his honeymoon seemed like his worst nightmare with the crocodiles and him being in a small canoe/kayak in the middle of nowhere.

IA about Xavier but he seemed a bit checked out this past episode? Not sure...

Maybe they all just want fame and are desperate because this show seems to be the last show to go one to win over fans unless the couple is a success story of sorts? Even the ones that may be liked like Lachlan was end up disliked when he had his second reality stint on Farmer Wants A Wife and that was even worse for him.

I'll keep watching to see what happens but yeah, probably no matches. :/
