That was super awkward! He had his leg crossed over between the two of them and she had her hand on his leg and he wasn't even touching her. That position lasted for a while too. Man up Ben

Time will tell. But they seem pretty well adjusted right now. They talked about what happened and like many F1s she has only watched her parts of the show the past few weeks. Can't blame her. She did say.hardest part is reading everyone else's opinions on what she knew and discussed months ago.

Staying in NYC for a few days Ben has some surprises planned for her there with no cameras (he hopes).

I hope she moves to Denver soon. I think that will help their chances, but seem pretty realistic about the future.

I like Ben and like him with Lauren but didn't enjoy his repeated ILY's and indecisive whining up until the proposal.  That said, they seem to be on the right track, no DWTS, no knee-jerk TV wedding, she is moving to Denver and they are both looking forward to dating in "private".  Also the families uniting in support of them, that was lovely.  I think they have a good shot of making it and the sooner they get away from the cameras/SM the better.  

I think he looked detached because he had enough of TPTB and Ch... he wanted to get out of there!

^^ I agree Sophie. As I watched Ben on aftr, I was wondering if he had just watched the frc with us and if the editing of it was a pretty huge shock to him. Tptb takes no prisoners.

I agree they don't seem to know each other very well. But it appears Ben knows more about Lauren than she does him. What I would say though it's nice to finally see Lauren's personality. I was pleasantly surprised. I knew she was nice but it's the first time I've heard her say so much. She does seem a bit picky but as they pray each night I think they can get through things. Wasn't loving her dress on the Jimmy Kimmel though. Somehow it didn't match who I thought of her as a person on the show. I also felt that I saw more PDA with Ben and JoJo on the show than I'm seeing with Ben and Lauren now post-show. But I guess, to each his own.

Don't TPBP pretty much tell you to be all over each other most of the time? IMO irl people don't hold hands or make out every moment. It would also be considered kind of rude to paw at each otger during gma interviews or on jimmy kimmel. Jmo.

Some of the couples do it. I was a fan of Andi & Josh but they were particularly OTT. I like the more natural feel or Lauren and Ben. They make contact but it isn't all over all of the time.
