This was posted to Rosie Waterland's Twitter - they're filming a date in a few days!? And it's a beach/orchestra one. Must mean the limos have been done already or will be done verrrryyy soon. Probably why Richie isn't on his Twitter or Instagram apart from the announcement post.

According to this info it looks like there will be a date of some sort similar to Blake's season (when he gave White Rose recipient Holly a date on the beach with an orchestra playing on Episode 3) on Monday March 14. If so this seems to indicate that filming is underway and perhaps this will be one of the early dates (if not the first one possibly)?

Sam Wood S3 schedule of filming was approx early March - mid May so will keep an eye out if Richie's will be the same.

Possible filming schedule:
Feb 27 - Richie Rottnest Swim event and last SM activity
Mar 2 - Osher says on his radio show he's meeting with the bachelor this week
Mar 10 - Richie announced as bachelor
Mar 14 - possible date including musicians scheduled

ETA: info on filming schedule from the official casting site. Filming early/midMarch-mid/endMay (so likely 10 days or so later than S3 which was endFeb/earlyMarch - May 15). Sidenote: Bette S1 started filming May 21. Bette S2 is scheduled to film early June so likely right after filming ends for Bach S4 Richie's season.

Filming will roughly commence in March of 2016 and may take up to 12 weeks.

We are yet to release audition dates, however first stage auditions will be held early 2016.

Date filmed on March 14 Richie on a beach but don't see musicians so may or may not have been there. May be a single date?

Could be a group date unless filming at mansion location? Richie seen filming too.

New Bachelor Richie Strahan spent Monday filming in Pittwater — with one of the new mystery women.

Barrenjoey Boat Hire confirmed it supplied the barges for the special shoot — and makers Warner Brothers also hired helicopters to get those epic shots.

Barrenjoey Boat Hire Adam Hillier spent the day on the shoot, at Resolute and Westhead beaches, north of Mackerel Beach.

He said Strahan’s “a lovely guy,”

We hear Bilgola Beach is also set to feature in another episode.

In the last series of The Bachelor as well as The Bachelorette, northern beaches locations including Daniel San and Manly Beach were featured.

I noticed via Osher's SM (snapchat oshergunsberg) that he was back in Sydney this weekend. It seems like he is flying back and forth between Brisbane (where he lives and does his radio show) and Sydney airport (does his radio show from there too) so I've been keeping track of when he is in Sydney and when he is back home. I think there may have been a rose ceremony this past weekend... I wonder if he will be giving out date cards or they will be placed in the house differently if Osher is not there all the time? The new mansion is a bit away from Sydney Airport I think?

So in light of this would Osher be likely to be there every other day to hand out datecards? I am not certain his schedule shows that he has been able to do that... possibly he won't this time but definitely there for RCs?

Not sure if this is the right place to post it, but there was a brief mention on the Fitzy and Wippa show this morning that a group rollerblading date was filmed yesterday. Today's podcast isn't up yet, I'll track it down once it is.
