This guy is a total random. And not even attractive. People try all the time to get on the show last minute. IMO no way is he going to be even allowed production. He's basically stalker status.

He is totally random --to you. We are not privy to know anything about what transpires at this point. He may have hopped a flight, acted like a wild and crazy guy, got to the gates of the mansion, acted like a wild and crazy guy again, met with producers, pled his case for being on the show, and was denied access. 
We don't know what happened. So if nothing happened no extra special anything(vetting, DNA testing etc) needed to be done before hand. 
As far as looks that is subjective. As far as being a stalker and achieving that status--far be if for me to go down that path after I have sleuthed many a strange angle and posted it on a message board of 6000 members.  That would be this huge pot calling a small kettle black. Not even going to go into the tricks used to find "cast" on sm.   Puts a whole new spin on the term.

I don't know about that  , Josh's Family mingling with Jo Jo 's Family , Josh's Mom might start drinking out of the bottle too .
