Ali_Ko. I thought Ben was listening intently to what Lauren had to say. I didn't think he was detached.

I'm almost sorry I brought up the dog now. With Jojo posting a picture and then everyone's conspiracy theories. Well I guess it just gets people talking and something to think about.

IMO RS just hasn't done his homework - or he hasn't read ours here to get a clue. He had dates and sightings and just never put them together - but we did and it was not speculation on our part - it was backed up by SM postings with photographs. It's been discussed in the filming timeline but perhaps worth a review:

11/3 - filming spotted in Portland of Lauren's HTD
11/4  - earliest possible date of RC in LA - likely the real RC date
11/5 - Travel to Jamaica (earliest possible date for filming 11/6 but nothing was sighted)
11/7 - River rafting date sighted. Once we knew that Caila got that date, that was Calia's FS. Because we know there was an overnight date on the 7th and no time for a day off between overnights to have one on the 6th also, the 6th had to be a day off.
11/8 - Day off for Ben
11/9 - Helicopter date and fireworks. Once we knew that JoJo got a helicopter date with fireworks we knew that was JoJo's date.
11/10 - Ballroom closed for Bachelor filming. But 11/10 would be a day off for Ben after the overnight date on 11/9. Since no overnight showed the ballroom, the filming on the 10th was likely ITMs - but not a date.
11/11 - last FD. But since we know that Caila was 11/7 and JoJo was 11/9 then 11/11 had to be Lauren - she was the only one left to have an overnight and there was no time in the schedule for hers to have been earlier than this - all other earlier time has been allotted for.

But can we be absolutely sure that he had one day in-between dates?

Yes they always do. If not he wouldn't sleep at all and go from one date to another. The FSD always have a day in between. Aliso we know the FRC was on 11/18 and this timeline works perfectly with that date and aligns with their normal filming schedule. You can look back at prior seasons to compare.

Not to my recollection. She had fireworks on her first 1on1 with Ben in episode 4.

I think I was wrong on the fireworks. It was only the helicopter date content that identified the 11/9 date to JoJo.

They always have had a day of rest after an overnight date IIRC - the lead can't spend one overnight and then go on another overnight back to back. They want them physically and emotionally exhausted (so they can be more easily manipulated) - not dead or unresponsive.
