I don't know if I would personally do it, but it worked for Sean and Catherine (who both admit to multiple previous sex partners) and it worked for Tyler and Emily. So, who am I to judge? I did read Sean's book and I did like and understand how he explained why he chose to abstain and how having sex made him feel further from God. IMO.

Changing the subject but I just saw a picture of Becca from some appearance yesterday. I think she forgot to wear pants. That top? dress? with the over the knee boots doesn't look right.

^^^. Yep, she needs to either hire or fire a stylist ASAP!

As someone who is also waiting for marriage, I can say that it definitely isn't easy. And this is coming from someone whose parents and siblings also decided to wait until marriage. By no means would my parents have disowned us if we didn't wait, though. Even growing up in that atmosphere, there are still temptations and it can be challenging at times to find a guy who is willing to accept that, let alone share that belief, even in the south.

I have numerous friends that are either married or in serious relationships who didn't wait until marriage. I am neither married nor in a serious relationship (or any relationship, for that matter), and it can be frustrating. But in my experience, what has helped is having family members and friends (including Becca) who are also waiting/have waited to lean on. People who are virgins or born-again virgins have different reasons for abstaining from sex. For me, it's because I want to share that moment with my husband. I view it as a special bond.

I have no problem with people waiting until marriage or even abstaining for whatever reason.  It's not easy and I respect those that stand firm in their commitment.

Think I'll make myself stick with if you don't have something nice to say, say nothing at all in regards to her tweet to/about Emily.  Definitely not a fan and may explain why I find myself liking Becca less and less these days.

I think people live and learn. And one thing you can learn is that one of your impediments to developing healthy relationships is getting physical too soon, as in too soon for the unique person that is you.

I went from holding off too long to not holding off enough and then had to find my way back to knowing how to keep all components of a relationship in a healthy place.

I laughed so hard when she said Chris' name during the blooper segment! I bet he still thinks she carries a torch for him!

That was the best part of the bloopers! Ben's face was hilarious

Same lines, different name. That IMO was pretty embarrassing.

^^ I know.  Believing Becca found this time so much different and this time she could really "see it" as she said, became even more laughable after that blooper, IMO.  It was great that they aired it though.  That was her most memorable, interesting moment of the season for me .
