I think Jubilee knew she tanked the date mood by talking about her dead family, but realized how to recoup by rolling out the sympathy to Ben.
I'm not saying it's fake, but very convenient that she can comfort him. And that massage table just happens to be perfectly set up, right there. Strange to me.
And the girls know nothing about her dead family. I think they just see her as an opportunist, as we see every season.

No, but I don't blame her from going into detail on TV. She was obviously pretty uncomfortable and the conversation seemed really difficult, so I feel like what she said was about all she could. I honestly think we, as the viewers, heard enough.
ETA: I thought it was JoJo. I really disliked her before this and this confirmed it.
