She probably spent some time at home with mama's Filipino cooking.  Lumpia, Pancit noodles, chicken adobo. Delicious!  Lots of carbs there, but lots of comfort.  The show wrapped filming in November, so she's had the holidays and a few months to relax her eating habits.  Ohio in February isn't exactly a prime bikini-wearing location.

And I think she's got a few years left of a fairly normal metabolism, according to this study.  Of course, everything slows down after 20.

If Caila is lead, I'm surprised she wasn't careful of weight gain going into her own season. Might be normal for her to go up & down a few lbs without obsessing about it, which would be refreshing in the SM world of fitness & detox teas, though I could be way off.. She looks great in all these recent pics.

Uh yeah. Wait till you turn past 50. Anyone who says the new 50 is the old 35 must be on drugs, psychotic or Benjamin Button.

Yeah I'll get right on that burst of high energy cardio as soon as I'm done working 12 hrs a day. It's so hard to maintain weight, then there are others who eat like a horse.

She looks the same to me.

Mayb Caila isn't really interested in being the lead. From her LinkedIn she started a new job this March 2016.

That's an interesting observation! She's working for a Bollywood Dance Workout company? That sounds like a dream come true for her. I hope she sticks with it instead of wasting her time on this silly show.

I wonder if she has taken the lead, this company is fine with it.Maybe they consider it a great way to advertise.Wasn't the position a marketing manager?? A couple of months having her on the show could be gold for this company.

Brilliant PR move for BollyX to have her on their Org chart. That kind of job she could easily do as a part-timer once her filming is ended and she has Bachelorette-related obligations to attend to. She'll have loads of promotional opportunities and a very high profile. Good for everybody.

We knew she was a smart girl. This just helps emphasize it. But whatever boy-toy she picks may just have to relocate to Boston!

Caila looked the same to me, only her eyes were very said. You know how they say, the eyes are the  window/light to the soul, the light of her eyes were out. She wasn't the bubbly smiley girl we seing on the show. JMO

I think her face looked a bit rounder, and she definitely wasn't her usual enthusiastic self, but she still looked gorgeous. I liked that she didn't wear 16 pounds of makeup and kept it natural.

I chalked some of it up to her knowing what an all round crap fest was taking place around her and not wanting to get involved with the accusers and finger-waggers.

She had been an instructor for that bollyx company for a while. Good for her being upped to a manager.
