There are showers and there are growers, perhaps Ben is a grower. I learned this in detail from hubby and one of my adopted grad school "sons". Was embarrassed at the time, but it came in handy here. giggling

Tanner/Jade have had a sweet, very normal, no drama courtship. Shawn/Kaitlyn belong on Dr Phil. They have personal issues that need to be resolved before they're ready to settle down JMO

I still wouldn't bet money on S and K ever getting married. However I think they are going to get as much money out of this engagement as possible. I'm not sure this is a "healthy" match made in heaven. JMO

I felt for whatever reason production driven or family preferences Chris S choose who he was made tp. I feel like Becca was his choice and still might be.

It's been a while since I can genuinely say I like the lead and his F3 girls and I would totally enjoy any of his F3 girls as the bachelorette.

Last night was a good episode. It's very obvious who Ben is into and it's not many of the girls. I like that you can see he's very into a select few.

I noticed that too. He also said something about them having been in a serious relationship, or so he thought. I don't see how anyone could still think Chris was acting with Becca. I can't feel sorry for him though. Becca may not have fallen in love with him on the show, but he's still the one who rejected her, not the other way around. He had his chance and he missed it, because he was too much of a chicken to go against everyone else's wishes/orders. Oh well.

I also thought he'd regret letting Jade go considering she's now happily settling down with a nice guy from the Midwest, but he looked genuinely happy for her, so I guess he's over it.

2. Ben has REALLY big feet. One of his two physical imperfections... big feet and crooked lower teeth. Being imperfect adds to his appeal! (We may need to add small package to the list. Hugesmile

In terms of Chris S. - he was the one who acted like he didn't want to settle down and get married post-show. So being "jealous" now is wishful thinking more than anything else. I don't think he misses actual Becca... I think he misses the idea of Becca.

I thought Lauren B.'s reaction was fine. She talked to him once before and didn't get a date this week. I think she actually expected to go home which is why she said what she said (although the lead rarely sends the girls who didn't get a date home the first week and the F1 tends to be among them).

As for the reason Ben seems uncomfortable on the after show -- I think he's actually uncomfortable with the way people gush over him, call him "perfect", etc. He probably feels like he has to live up to some image and is constantly worried that he won't.

I can't believe I'm adding this, but let me just say that the feet are not necessarily an indicator. My hubby's feet are off the charts big. Thank God for the internet so he can find shoes. And I'm not complaining at all, but the "package" is not off the charts.

Regarding Lauren and her non-excitement, she's only talked to him once at the m&g, so I don't think any normal person would be in love with him yet. So no qualms about that from me. I think/hope she'll quickly realize what a great, loving, soft-hearted man he is and fall for him too and the relationship will eventually balance more or less. Can you tell I'm totally in love with him myself or nahh?

Seriously, unless he has the same Brad Womack-y issues, I don't think he'll choose an ice queen who looks at him like something the naughty dog dragged in to the house once again. We'll see.

Yeah IA what is with the rush to get married just to have it televised. Janner are cute together but I feel they should have followed Ashley and Jp and Des and Chris routes of enjoying the engagement a little bit more. Hopefully it's a real wedding and better planned unlike Lacy's and Marcus
