I agree completely.AnandaMarie wrote:Well Josh did talk about wanting to marry the next person he dated both on the show and afterwards but now I'm thinking that he only said those things so he wouldn't sound like a player and a womanizer.
I also don't think that someone being religious or appearing to be religious makes them a good person. Some of the worst people get involved in religion and some of the worst crimes have been committed in God's name. I also don't think that Josh is all that religious. I think he talks about God when it's convenient for him, but that's just my opinion.
I think this relationship is just creepy. Josh went from 23 (Anna) to 20 (Hannah). Is he going to be creeping on high school girls next? I really don't see why Josh is attracted to her. She's a little girl but I think he has a tendency to want to date really young girls, maybe because they're easier for him and his family to control. I think Josh and his family are all about appearances and I think they want the world to see him with a religious girl (because they seem to think that's what makes someone a good person).
Josh is how old? Google tells me he will be 32 this year. I understand that these girls are legal age but lets be honest, most girls in their early 20s are immature and not ready to get married. I am not saying all, but most. Then you have Josh who talked about marriage and how he looks up to his parents marriage. The same guy who has been single for a more than year is dating girls who are in their 20s and are getting younger after each ''relationship''. He says one thing but his actions says another thing. He will be 32 chasing women who are 10 years younger than him, what does he expect from them? Josh just doesn't want to grow up, the was a reason he was single for years and didn't have a relationship. We are starting to see the real Josh now and why he was single for those years. He wants to have fun and really not interested to find a partner that he wants to marry.

That could easily veer off into brutal territory. So let's tiptoe.
I agree that he comes from a warm, loving family that spends a lot of selfless time in philanthropic actions. I personally wish I could better myself daily in those areas.

Maybe that is what he wanted at that time during the show. After being with his ex on the show he probably does not want to get into a serious relationship at this time .He thought he was going to marry a woman that portrayed herself as something different on the show but after the show she showed her true self. People learn and grow through their experiences in life. I also think he is a religious man and lives by what he stands for . He does so many charity events on his own and I applaud him for that. He works hard even though I do not agree with what he sells and seems to be making a good living at this time. I do not see where age matters in a relationship and he has stated himself that he is enjoying being single. I like the fact that he is very close to his family . I also love how much he cares about others and does a lot for children and enjoys it. The love he shows for Sabel shows me that when he is ready he will find the right one and be a great father and husband.JMOAnandaMarie wrote:Well Josh did talk about wanting to marry the next person he dated both on the show and afterwards but now I'm thinking that he only said those things so he wouldn't sound like a player and a womanizer.

Just have to correct you on something you said. Josh did not say he wanted to marry the next girl he dated, he said that he wanted to marry the next girl he said I love you to. Big difference.

I really always felt this way about Josh, never bought what was he was selling about no relationships because he was so picky and only wanted to find a wife. He came off as a player telling the girl the right things to me on Andi's season and I never thought Andi was his type and probably these young, blonds are a lot more what he usually goes for. It seems like he doesn't realize his age and stage of life and still thinks of himself as the hot athlete on campus type. I genuinely don't think he realizes that it's creepy because I don't think he's ever left the mentality of a young 20ish guy himself JMO.

I know. The more I see, the more I realize he was just a playa playa who said all the right things and DID have a thing for wannabe-model blondes. Just one more testament to all women out there- when your inner voice is screaming to you about something, listen.california90 wrote:He has a type I see.. reminds me of that one comment Andi made about Josh and blondes. .
Anyway, IA that he probably doesn't even realize how weird this is because he sees himself as a 20 year old too still.
Big: You know, Manhattan has a lot of beautiful women.
Carrie: What an amazing observation!
Big: But the thing is, after awhile, you just wanna be with the one who makes you laugh.

That's exactly how I feel about Josh. I don't think he's trying to be creepy or take advantage of anyone, I just think he can't relate to women his own age and that's why he goes for the early 20-somethings.
I joked a few pages back that Emily and Haley would've been his F2 if he had been the Bachelor instead of Ben but honestly I think that's actually what really would've happened. He never would've picked an Andi type.
