With the first picture where it says, "He's arrived" does that mean this was a group date or 1:1? Maybe he showed up with her to the carnival alone.

Honestly I don't see why this is so terrible. I would think it would be worse if he took her to the F6 for no reason. The fact that he's visiting her hometown likely means that there is a real connection and he wants her there.
