Regarding this pic:



I believe it was taken on the grounds surrounding the Sandals Grande Riviera which is next door to the Sandal's Plantation Resort.

I took what Brian Cobb said when he mentioned that he's staying at the resort next door and that he'd seen Caila all day.  



I checked both resorts on either side of the Plantation one and the only one that has that "design" on the fence - which is throughout the resort is the Sandals Grande Riviera.
