Amanda Stanton - Bachelor 20 - *Sleuthing - Spoilers*

I don't know. Obviously they can find 25 famewhores no matter who the lead is, but how are they gonna make it believable? 25 young men just dying to take on two toddlers? Amanda could be a Victoria's Secret model and it would still be laughable to me.

I cringe at the prospect of her girls having the likes of 1f as a 2 month daddy. Ugh. Having 2 kids will bring down the already low in #, for the 'right reasons' guys, IMO.

I don't think it's much different than finding 25 girls that pretended they would love to live in a farm in Arlington, Iowa. With Amanda, I can actually believe that a lot of guys would be into her. There were already guys like Arie, JJ, and Chris Soules saying they like her so I don't think it would be too hard.

Unfortunately (for me), I think it's probably going to be jojo.

I know! Its funy how Emily Maynard was wrong to leave her child at home, Snezana was a bad mother but Amanda needed perspective. They are all in it for the same reason..to get on TV and seize the day. If they find love on the way....good for them but no one is heads above the other when it comes to intentions of going on the show. IMO

I love Amanda and would think it would be GREAT to see her as the next Bette. Honestly the vast majority of the guys I know who are her age honestly don't mind if they marry a woman who already has children. I know I wouldn't mind if a guy had kids, so why should it be any different if it was a gal with kids? I say #AmandaforBette

The fact that Bach alum are promoting her is the same as Fleiss promoting her. They are probably being encouraged to do so.

At this point TPTB are trying to cast most popular of final girls as lead which means...Amanda, Caila or possibly Jo Jo on off chance that they break up amicably at FRC so it's credible for her to move on. I actually think they had better options in former years.

The fact that Amanda has acting in her background could certainly bode well for someone in lead spot.

IMO Amanda is pretty, sweet and caring ...but not interesting enough for lead and she looks about 14, which will one day serve her well for sure but I just have a hard time picturing her walk into room and the 25 guys all go crazy for her.

Amanda is sweet But I can't imagine looking for a husband and step father for two very young children willing to live in So Cal out of the normal types of players who sign up to be cast members on this show.  Add to this a seemingly contentious relationship with an ex husband who shares custody and Please TPTB just say NO.  I just don't like parents as the Leads.  To much baggage.  I prefer Amanda finds her happily ever after in RL off my TV.

Sure the guys you named like her...heaven forbid they dared to say they didn't think having a single mother with two kids on the show was a good idea. How politically incorrect and just imagine the backlash. It would be worse than JPab. Still doesn't mean they would be willing to take on a single mum with really young kids.

I have a friend who was older than Amanda when she and her husband split. She had a young son. It was really hard dating with a child. It scared more than a few and it took a while before she met her now husband. She is just appalled at this show and how the parents parade their children just for the sake of screen time.

I agree with you. There is this guy who write the blog "Lost Angeles" and he does bachelor recaps. He wrote this about Amanda
