I think Lauren was definitely closest to Amanda, but Amanda was closest to Lauren AND the twins. The twins went to visit her about 4 weeks ago, and Emily was just staying at her house for like 4 days last weekend.

It's a cute picture. It's nice they've stayed in contact.

Amanda was pretty harmless on night one. There wasn't much to dislike, aside from the girly voice... which I think I might have a slightly lower one than hers But I cannot get past the two little babies and her leaving them to do this show. They always cast parents and I don't know how many people have a soft spot for that, but I guess it has always bugged me a little.

Yeah she seems okay but IA, I don't respect that she is on there with two little babies. And I doubt that the audience will want her as lead. Emily was the only single parent and her situation was very unique in that she had a tragic story and also that she was F1 and then no longer engaged to a 2x lead Brad (not that I blame him but they milked it that way to get her to be Bette).

Both Jason and JP were single parents too.

No Bettes in that position though other than Emily. I really do think that audiences are also more drawn to the single dad than the single mother, sad as it is but it's just the way it is.

I felt like Renee and Stephanie were fan favorites too. Some of the other single moms like Rozylyn and Julia were just awful, but I felt like viewers usually liked the nice ones. 

I do agree that viewers (who are mostly female) really dig single dads, for some reason.

For me, when I close my eyes she sounds like Emily Maynard !!! And the look a like a bit too !

I don't think the single mom thing would hurt her chances. I think people would have loved Renee.

Actually, people are REALLY loving Amanda, which surprised me because she wasn't shown much episode 1. And I've seen a lot of people hoping she won or will be the next ETTE.

Amanda, in that picture, reminds me of a cross between Nikki and Andi.

I was wondering about that because I find that popular SM opinions and this forum's opinions differ a lot. I'm suprised people like her since she wasn't even shown! I guess it's because she's so pretty and people really love Single mothers/fathers. 

I did see that Kaitlyn tweeted her support for Amanda and EM talked about wanting to change her hair color because she liked Amanda's so much, which I thought was kind of interesting considering how important Bach alum's endorsements were last year when they chose between Kaitlyn/Britt. I'm really excited to actually get to know her since she seems like such a nice person and I kinda don't want another rich spoiled girl for lead (which both Caila and Jojo seem like).

I will add Amanda's to the list.
