I haven't really kept up with sleuthing, but I've warmed up to all the guys left, so I don't really care who she chooses. They all seem genuine. I wasn't so sure about Michael, but after seeing his dad, I feel like I get him more. I like Sasha too now, even though he's not my type. I like how he was with Sam on the painting date. I still can't stop thinking about that comment from someone saying he was drunk at a casino or where ever and said he was rejected though.

I think save for just a few of them, Sam had the best group of guys of any Bette ever, once she got down to her final 4 she really couldn't go wrong. Sash is my personal fav but she was/is one lucky girl

I really like this group. Part of the appeal comes from the edit showing a lot of the bromance and this lot has great warmth and humor. There is much diversity in personalities but they all seemed to make an effort to be easy going and enjoy the experience as a group. This left me with a great impression of them.
The final 4 ... all great catches IMO too!

here are the gossips I found at the beginning of the season:

The real shocker is hunky construction manager Sash, who was allegedly spotted trying to pick up women late one night at The Star casino. "He was blind drunk and acting so sleazy, moving from one girl to another with his pick-up lines," said an onlooker. Needless to say, people recognized him from the show and when questioned about his involvement, he reportedly told them Sam had dumped him and he was looking for someone to heal his broken heart, if only just for the night. Uh oh!

Sam Frost faced heartbreak for the second time as it was revealed one of the contestants on The Bachelorette left the show.

'She didn't see it coming and it knocked her so badly we had to stop filming for days,' a source told an Australian magazine.

I agree notarose.  Shaking each others hands when they received a rose, and giving those without one a big bear hug, showed a lot of respect and maturity. The Aussie men do like to get physical with each other to settle their differences but they are sure quick to make up once the pressure is off.

I mean how seriously can you take this kind of gossip without ANY PROOF ! For me to believe, I need to see it or listen in case of a radio interview.  And how is it that with sooo many people in a the casino ...and all with cameras on their phones!  NO ONE , not ONE SINGLE person, took a photo?  UNBELIEVABLE!! Anyone could have made good money for a photo like that!

And obviously we are few days from knowing exactly what was true ... or as I suspect, that all was simple lies to sale magazines and other..

but if we think that way... that means every single thing she said is wrong in magazines?

Sam's job is to misdirect and say all sorts of contradictory things in the media.
It's the lead's job.

What the contestants say is on them though.

Hi all....you all are doing a great job on sleuthing...I am still catching up on the episodes (in usa)...I do agree she had a good group to choose from this time.

My opinions are based more on my own long time fandom of all bach and ette shows (and similar whatever dating shows along the years)

One observation : when the "cast" acts like frat bros, buddies or sorority sisters, bff's....you can bet on one of 2 things - a season where the "chosen" one was chosen very early on (ie, Kaitlyn bachette, your Sam woods in AU ...and often if that happens they bring in a ringer, Nick/Lana)....
or the happy days in the house means that NONE of them really have much feeling for the lead -this happened in the euro seasons -especially Lorenzo you could see all the gals wanted Italy vacay and not boring L haha)

just my thoughts....the strong buddy deal - may mean one had the "lock" early on

another thought - real estate (and dj, event and promoters, fitness trainers, models, singers , etc) often make up a lot of the show ....cause they can get off work. Here in the US a person in their 20's or early 30's can't take off all that time from a corporate type job LOL

Another "generalization" is....as time goes on the other countries shows will become more jaded and more and more models and actors will apply - the first season of NZ was so sweet and loveable and innocent. Who knows what the future brings?

In Us some make a semi career from Bach nation...a few found a certain level of success...Jesse and Travis

and lastly...IMHO ..I stand by this...some people do get really hurt sadly...and when they do...they go away and do not do any more interviews, do not show up as guests on talk shows, reunions, etc

2 for example - Blobs badly humiliated final one
and Jesse's young law student final one who has refused all interviews since a few weeks after her season ended

I think that is why is so important to have any media present proof of any statement they make...and to doubt them if not!  And in this kind of show where they are always trying to mislead us... EVEN MORE!   Remember how Sam said that Sasha's kissing from 9.2 went downhill!  Why then she keeps kissing him and it doesn't look to me like, she is suffering while doing it!
