I must laugh at this... So predictable. People have short memory span when it comes to fast-consuming TV program. They don't even know or don't take time to think why were they angry at Sam in the first place. So according to the article his "fault game" with Heather is forgiven because he did the same "fault play" with Lana, who by the edit "we" (teamHeather) are supposed to dislike... Because she was a threat, a competitor to Heather, who took her spot in the finale and because of whom Sam denied Heather the rose... But not Snezana... No, Snezana just happened to be an extra...

Oh my fellow teamHeather followers, if only you'd stop for a minute and think a bit harder... what really bothered you

Everyone plays the game but it is how one plays the game that will define them.
That article also serves to remind us just how much the focus is not on Sam but on the women.
They are blamed or congratulated and deemed worthy or unworthy of the *win* (lead).
As long as the "right" one wins, then the lead is absolved/forgiven for all he has done to the "wrong" ones.

Like Rosie, I always try to ask myself while I watch this show "Is the prize (lead) worth the win?"
I had my doubts and voiced those throughout but now I can safely say, when it comes to Sam, no.
It is why Art will still go down as one of the best leads ever b/c he realized what no other lead has been able to voice, and that was that he "won".
He realized he was never the prize but the woman he fell for (literally as well) was.
He put the value and worth back where it belonged and off himself.

Wow.
This article just hit the nail on the head when it comes to reality outside of reality-tv.
I feel for Eve. That poor little girl.
All the media and Eve's name put into the media with horrible headlines.
(Imagine her at near age 10 on the internet and seeing Sam with all those other women and her father called a criminal, etc)
I'll never understand why moms will put their children through this and have them on this show too.
At the end of the day, it is on the adults and both of them (Snez and Sam) what happens here on out.
I really hope it is worth it in the long run...  for Eve's sake.

Finally an article with some thought-provoking consideration:
... the viewers at home can always unplug, unscathed (from their guilty pleasure) ... the cast is left living it ... they are affected by the consequences (positive or negative).

For everyone's sake I hope they make the best out of it.

One woman's prize is another's garbage.

It is up to them to define their own relationship outside of how they met, ignore the naysayers, and I would rather be realistic about their chances than be pessimistic.

Some people who met and dated in the real world do not make it also. It is up to individuals to fight the odds, invest in their relationships and make it work if it is important enough to them.
I know a lot of people are concerned about Eve and rightfully so. but what if this works out ? It can only be a good thing for Eve to see her mum happy after all she has been through.
I will continue to hope for the best all around and send positive thoughts their way.
Being a single mum does not exempt anyone from love however they choose to find it. The important thing is to keep loving, protecting and shielding your child from the not so good aspect it may cause.
Eve looks to be a very happy child so i would assume her mum knows how to keep her that way. JMO

I think considering the realities at hand: child, distance, age, family dynamics, media, and a zero track record of lead marrying F1 with a child that one is not being pessimistic but realistic.

That being said, I can be optimistic that they can overcome all these odds but realistically, I will be surprised if they do.

A couple that Sam & Snez can learn from is Jason & Holly Meisnick. Granted Jason married his F2 but he had a child at the time that he had primary custody (he also had a contentious relationship with his ex wife regarding their child). Jason & Holly (his F2 now his wife) had a long distance relationship for over a year or more IIRC . Jason lived on the U.S. West Coast & Holly in the Mid West so over 5 hour flights. Jason is s big advocate for couples not to move in together post show & truly discover each other first but to each their own & as always time will tell

I am wondering if maybe who has the child makes a difference?
The lead (Jason) had a child so all contestants knew this about him (being recycled helped) or F1/F2 (which is more like Jason as a contestant before being lead) and whether being male of female with the child as lead or F1/F2 makes a difference.
It will be worthwhile to look at down the road if these two marry or not.

(I also think it would be an interesting small research project for an undergrad to undertake and explore).
