I'm totally in Carly's corner. Nothing frustrates me more than guys who lead girls on, because they're too "nice" to speak up. It really messes with your head and makes you doubt every guy. It's easier to sniff out a-holes than nice guys who just tell you what you want to hear and then pull the rug from underneath you. I feel for her.

I do get where Kirk is coming from too though, but not sure how genuine he's being.
