We don't know if they noramally do or don't have carnivals, fairs or festivals.  I would think they do.  We just know this not a traditional annual fall fest, it was set up strictly for this date.


And entry and rides are free.  Games and food must be paid for.

Thanks blu and umngirl. I think they deleted the pic and protected their twitter. Doesn't matter, as long as it was active when the tweet was posted.

People are posting photos of themselves at this carnival. Is Ben just not there yet? It's getting late.
