Do the girls who get 1on1's before hometowns typically get roses at the RC?

^Typically yes but not always.

Depends if she meets his friends like Witney did.

It's also a 'public' date. Seems there's a reason why their date is more public than others.

I'm still sticking with the second one on one could possibly be more important in telling who might be final 1. Jade and Sharleen got the first one on ones the last two seasons and they didn't make it any further than hometowns (Sharleen was by choice though.)

Isn't that Carnival date supposed to be public too? Is that a one on one?

1 of thoses 1in1 dates is the person that the lead has not had a chance to evaluate and has ended up cutting.
.in 2 seasons the person was eliminated right away
But most seasons if it is a second 1on1 that person goes far and often f1 or f1.
