It's funny how we're all like NO to Tenley or Becca, etc. and we all think we're his mother LOL

People are already expecting more from Ben then what they got from the last two Bachelors so good luck to him if he comes out of this with no one.

JMO, but if people have expectations from this show, regardless of lead or cast, it should be nothing more than entertainment. 
Once we lose sight of that, an intervention is probably needed.

I think that these forums are a place that we come to speculate and give our opinions.  If we knew all these people personally we would be reciting facts. It really is a meeting place to come for discussion and fun.

I personally enjoy the storylines of the shows and generally like some of the cast better than others.  I really don't care about the outcome as long as the people are authentic and not just phony fame seekers.  I also believe the vast majority of the viewing public loses interest in all of these people shortly after the finale.  It is just a TV show after all and live goes on.  Yet here we are still having fun.

I don't know, Sean made out with Jenna when he already knew that the Bachelor gig was his and he doesn't "seem like the type" either. Ben was also flirting with Cassandra, so he wasn't exactly just sitting at home doing nothing but counting down the days until filming started. Like I said before, I don't think that there's anything wrong with that. It's nothing that most leads haven't done, as they should since they are hot 20-somethings and this is their last chance before a possible lifetime commitment. Most of the contestants do the same themselves, so I think it's silly to expect pre-filming celibacy from anyone.

Tenley was gushing about Ben from the day after she met him at the MTA to even before they hung out in Colorado. Who knows if they did make out or whatever (which really doesn't matter in the big scheme of things), but it didn't even take a weekend in Denver with him before she was a giddy school girl

Cassandra I could see him with. Tenley no, for one he was hanging out with JJ and Tenley. I have always thought JJ like Tenley and Ben wouldn't cross a line with a friend like that.

Tenley made it very clear that she only saw JJ as a friend and Ben was the one she was interested in

She even had this whole Periscope going on about how she and JJ were just friends and she didn't want her potential boyfriend to get the wrong idea about them. It was obvious the rest of her Periscope that she was talking about Ben as her potential boyfriend. She sure never tried to dispel any rumors about the two of them being together.

Lol I remember that Periscope. From the day she met Ben she would light up anytime anyone asked about him and never ever denied that they were dating. Whereas with JJ she dedicated an entire Periscope to address how they are definitely NOT dating and how she doesn't want someone's who not her boyfriend to get credit for being her boyfriend..aka she wanted to date Ben and didn't want to be associated with anyone else

I think that's what made me dislike her so much - she literally just came back from Mexico and was so quick to throw Josh aside and attach herself to Ben like glue.

Even in this interview from a couple of days ago in Toronto, she tried to skirt the issue and coyly told the interviewer that they're "good friends" and it wasn't until the interviewer straight up asked her whether they're dating or she's going on his season that she tells her no they're not.

I supported Brad 1 and JPG who became the most hated leads, for their decision on not proposing. IMO if the lead doesn't want to propose, I would prefer that over an engagement because it's part of the contract. Much like Bach New Zealand and Bach Aussie, there isn't the pressure of a proposal. Even though it's still a reality tv show, they aren't engaged which IMO is a good thing. If they split, at least they can't say they were once engaged.

If Ben's decision is not to propose, and he can get away with it, I will once again support a lead who makes that decision. He'll need the support of his family friends and fans, to help him get through it, because as we well enough know, it will not be easy.

I have a feeling it will be a successful season for Ben. It's his turn to find that special someone. I hope we find her before he does.

Tenley really better not show up on his season.. She's gonna look ridiculous..4th times a charm. Stay away TENLEY!!!
