The old adage...Sticks and stones will break your bones but words will really hurt you.....is true. Hopefully he spends next weekend with his family and soaks up the love. JMO

Seabear, actually the adage is from the 1860's and says the opposite:  "Sticks and stones will break my bones but words will never harm me".  It's especially relevant in this time when people say anything and everything to people online.

Nick has so much to be grateful for -- a large, loving family, a great workplace, a lucrative second job, a nice home, a circle of supportive friends and opportunities to travel.  Many people would give anything to have just one of those things.  I hope he will begin to live in the grace of all he has and finally realizes that a TV show is just that.  A TV show.

alwaystulips, Thanks for the history lesson. I put my own spin on the childhood lyric because I personally think words can wound in ways that can be harder to overcome than physical injury. ITA agree that Nick is very blessed. I am certain Nick understands what things are real and important in his life and his actions have never indicated that he is anything but grateful for his blessings.  Now back to my doughnuts and coffee. JMO

Honestly, I don't think I've ever read Nick complaining on sm. We don't really know what he's disappointed at, or maybe he's disappointed for someone. Hopefully he will sometime with his family this weekend.

Nick really does have the best timing with SM posting.  His latest IG post is "glorious".  And the fan comments should make him feel much better... esp considering the donuts this morning.

I think it might of worked out best for Nick in the long run. He has a great job, , modeling gig, and a great family. He can go back to his normal life knowing he has gained many more supporters than he did last season. I think after time he will realize this and know that their is greater opportunities than being with ABC. He will find his true soul mate when the timing is right. I will always be a Nick fan nobody else from this show has intrigued me more than Nick. He is smart, true to himself, witty, edgy, and absolutely gorgeous. # TeamNick forever

whit90.  ITA....I Have watched every Bachelor and Bachelorette since the beginning and no one has intrigued me like Nick....His genuine personality, humor, intelligence, good looks, and his ability to make the girl he is pursuing "feel desired".... he has been so great to watch. #Teamnick
