Re: Bachelor Australia - Season 3 - Heather Maltman
Katiebelle, I am with you. Still hoping to see a true love story in Heather and Sam. I still believe this story can be of two people who are clearly meant to be coming together despite the temptations, insecurities and challenges. For me the last couple of episodes have been lacking because I am missed the true interactions from Heather and Sam. Without them and their bond, the show seems so fake. I just can't see a story where Sam is mesmerised by Heather one minute and then she is out the next. It's makes no sense to me, there is something missing and maybe that something happens next week. Who knows? Until I see he go, will always hold a flicker of hope.
Can't help it, her superhero date and their connection was the most emotional and real interaction I have seen on this style of show. I struggle to see how that level of emotional intimacy can disappear...
But maybe that's just me... A hopeless romantic despite all the evidence

AllAboutLove wrote:I have come to the conclusion that while Heather sees and gets all the parts of Sam, Sam does not see and get all the parts of Heather.
If Sam did, he would realize Heather wants a man to just grab her and make out with her like a wild thing and "bring on the romance" like no other and someone who will treat her like a queen and give her the most romantic and glitzy date of all. Because at the end of the day, Sam already knew Heather in her day-to-day world, she showed him on her date. So when he gave her her single date that was his time to use the show as a way to give Heather her dream date - the Heather who said her bio that she wants a man who will be so romantic for her!
Heather already appreciates the smallest things in life and would be happy with driving around in a ice-cream van all day, what she needs is a man who will bring out her womanly/sexy side, not just her girly side. She needs a man who will give her yachts, private dancing moments, jewellery, and hot air balloons -- the whole nine yards if he is on a TV show that allows for this.
Heather is The bomb. Throw her in any situation it's going to explode the confetti and glee.
But she deserves a man that will bring her "the candles and all the Barry White" ... and I prefer that to happen off-screen.
Hindsight, I wish I would listened to your warnings about Sam and be more doubtful... if anything, I'm back to humble uncertainty.

HGL,
And not only "bring on the candles and all the Barry White" but also Heather saying, "No girl is sitting there at home going I hope a guy doesn't sweep me off my feet - no girl!"
As for Sam? He is not and never will be Art Green. Art knew himself and what he wanted and never wavered. He'd done his travelling and exploring the world and himself and Art embraced who he was and took pride in it. Sam? Imo, he is still searching for himself, show or no show, F1 or no F1. Imho, instead of Sam taking time to find himself a partner on a tv manufactured romance show, Sam should have taken that time off to travel and explore the world and get to know himself. jmo

From one hopeless romantic to another
Let's keep our fingers crossed!
I just haven't seen the connection with anyone else that is anywhere near as good as his with Heather. They just "get" each other and that's so rare and precious. Why would you give that away?
That moment when they were talking in the kitchen about their families was one of the most sincere and honest moments I have ever seen on the Bach franchise.
Their relationship has moved slowly in the passion department (so did Art and Matilda's) but that's ok because there's plenty of time for that when the cameras aren't rolling. But what they do have, that I believe no one else has, is that mental connection that enriches and sustains a relationship.

Only if you can look .. this is why I give "this romantic story" an end:
- Why The Big Love Story is not a romance with Heather:
- Because of this:
Source: popsugar Interview with Snezana and the media finally starts to shine light on her ...From the minute we met Snezana on this year's season of The Bachelor, we knew we liked her. She's strikingly beautiful but beyond that, her kind heart and easygoing personality make her the kind of woman we want to be friends with. She's mum to a beautiful 9-year-old girl named Eve — a fact that didn't shake Bachelor Sam in the slightest — and she hails from Perth, so her normal life is far removed from the glitz and glamour of the Bachelor mansion in Sydney. When we chatted with Snez yesterday, we found her to be warm, funny and as down-to-earth as they come — and just as we thought, someone we'd totally hang out with.
Yes, Heather and Lana were/are a cover-up for Snezana. IMO

I remember thinking with Tim, Anna and Rochelle right up until the last minute that maybe he might choose Rochelle because of what was shown, even though I knew that surely it has to be Anna, but still that doubt. I'm just hoping that Heather isn't the Ali of Season 1 - nothing at all like her though. It's all in the edit and making everyone doubt and wonder. I'm still hoping for a miracle !!

I think it's Snez on the balcony, however, have a look at the shoes as they look a bit like some that Lana has worn ?

Re: Bachelor Australia - Season 3 - Heather Maltman
I never saw it with Rochelle and Tim. Actually I didn't particularly like her... so Anna was always one and only choice in my head, even though I didn't specifically like her either. S1 was one of those beautiful stories to look, but didn't captivate me to know more.
This season the story with Heather hit close to home and deep down I wanted it to be her, because it would mean as a reassurance to me... but I got my dose of reality - thanks - so I'm finally done with The Bachelor franchise (sorry, not interested in Bette)
I don't have any intention to follow any season of this show, because one Nick and one Heather are enough for my "celebrity" curiosity on weekly basis.
It seems like I like energetic, contagious, passionate, communicative, genuine, dorky, funky and clever people... Heather hasn't disappointed... she's a gift that keeps on giving.

I am now more certain now than before that Heather left much earlier than Sarah. She was already out the first week of May. I saw a post by her on emily's instagram around that time. So now we can forget of any miracle for Heather. She can't be posting if she has not been out yet.

Katiebelle...sorry to disappoint you. Heather was already out by 16 week which is between 4-10 May 2015. She posted on emily's instagram. I was disappointed when I saw it. But then I think Sarah did leak the infor to the medium. He was right until Snez and Lana. But I think it is Lana. In the GD she did impress him in coaching the kids. so i think its Lana, Snez and Sarah. Why Snez is quiet and not following Lana probably she was so pissed off with Lana. JMHO

So I'm confused. Just because Emily posted something on that date, how can you tell what date Heather commented on it? For instance someone recently commented on a pic I posted a year ago. I don't get it?

I get what you mean SpaceMonkeyMafia... well you give me another hope to think that it may be Heather. That was silly of me. I am all over the place. I cannot comprehend why the story turned not as it was supposed to be..Australian Next Big Love Story. It was like all of us were duped into believing such exist.... And I overlooked the fact that it could be you were right, the post was not on that very day. Hahah now I can sleep peacefully again waiting until next week.
Thanks for pointing it out. I am an amateur sleuther
