I have to agree with your kids Kasha....the Canadian version is better. The players thus far have not been as over the top or annoying as I usually find them in the US version. While still very competitive, I generally find it more fun and the players more likeable. Not to mention, we have actually had a couple come out of every season thus far...and not any icky couples likes the Austin and Liz! The last couple of years, I have stopped watching the US version partway through because the stupidity/nastiness of people gets to me and I just can't take it any more. I find the Canadian version generally more relaxing. People are competitive and cutthroat, but not nasty. (The first season, the winner cut her boyfriend at final three...and they are still together!)

I don't know how any of them would consider taking Vanessa to the end, she's swayed everyone to her side throughout the game...shows you how good she is. Of course, she's won what she's needed to at the right moments. It's amazing how she can keep everything straight in her head AND remember game dates, etc too. I'd love to see her reaction if she got cut by Steve or JM...come on, make it happen!

Also love the Canadian version, they have some awesome twists! Need to catch up on S3.

I've never seen the Canadian version or any other version for that matter. Most of the tweeters in my BB community watch them all and most seem to like the Canadian version. BBUS consumes enough of my time.

I love the Australian version, probably my favorite, bit of a different format though which I liked. Not sure why they didn't have one this year.

I'm kind of glad the feeds aren't interesting now, it was non-stop watching for a few weeks there! Can't imagine a whole summer of that!

For those who haven't seen the show...

Austin was evicted.
Steve won F4 HOH and is guaranteed an appearance on finale night.

As soon as feeds come back at 9pm, I can get you the nominee's (not that it matters) and who won veto (that's what really matters).

Love that Austin was blindsided, barefoot and all. Veto is crucial. JM just about won that HOH, if only Steve had added that 0.

I'm glad Steve won. I would like to see Liz evicted next. Final 3 being Van, Steve and JM.

Not sure yet if she plans to evict JMac or Liz. For her sake, I hope JMac. But she never does things the easy way.

OK...I gotta give Steve credit....I think Liz is the only one he stands a chance at in the final 2...and honestly I don't think I'd give him the money if he were final 2 against any of the remaining 3. IMO, Jmac is the only one I'd give the money to over Vanessa if they're final 2 and even that he's probably have to really sell me. I'm glad Vanessa won the veto....she's been my pick for the finale since about the third episode and I think she can beat both Liz and Steve. YIPPEE!

Steve went into a gut wrenching crying jag last night and was apologizing to his family for disappointing them. He said something about throwing the comp. I need to see what this is about. For days he was saying he'd win the comp and evict Vanessa at F4 so he could have that on his resume. I don't know if he actually did throw it or he was being dramatic. Maybe he thought JM was going to win? In any event, he lost the game in his mind last night.
