If JP and Chris can get past the obstacles the show presents/presented it can be done. Totally depends on the makeup of personalites involved. If his feelings are real and K doesn't come unglued emotionally with all the feedback...I can see a light at the end of tunnel albeit its a dim one right about now.

Is there an episode scheduled for Kaitlyn's commentary/confession before MTA? Or they have enough on their plate, that we are waiting only for that episode ... which would be when? After over-night week (when the guys from BIP return)?

I'm shamelessly, stupidly holding out for a real happy ending also. Maybe she really just made a bunch of dumb decisions and he's ok moving forward if she just STOPS and commits to only him?

I like Shawn, and I like what I see so far of the two of them. I hope they don't edit him to be a jealous bad temper F1. I also hope that post show there aren't any ill feelings between any of the contestants including the F2 otherwise that would be very childish of him IMO.

I like Kaitlyn with Shawn together, I hope it works out and that he can accept her for who she is.

I understand all who don't like Kaitlyn's attitude toward sex, but I see more young women being this way being in the University setting so to me it isn't all that shocking. And yes these are young women going to church every Sunday too. Just a different world, heck we have stuff like Tinder which is all about having someone to have sex with and nothing else, so really is it all that surprising. To me I appreciate that she is honest about who she is.

IA. This season is so much like last season it boggles my mind. F1 once again the lead's "type" (alpha male) and the type of guy she's probably always been with and F2 not the lead's physical alpha male "type" and alpha male letting the lead know he doesn't care for "the other guy".  

With my rose-colored glasses broken, I don't see this relationship lasting longterm and while hopeful will be shocked if it does.

That says it all for me. She wants someone who is not a nice guy but, again imo, she needs a nice guy.

IMHO, A nice guy is someone who will support you and protect you and put your feelings above his own.
A nice guy will instill confidence in you, not make you feel insecure.
A nice guy will reassure you instead of needing to be reassured.
A nice guy will be happy for someone else's happiness, and put the happiness of the person he cares for above his own.
A nice guy will support you in public as well as in private.
A nice guy can be a warrior and a lover but because he is a nice guy his every action is selfless and he's a warrior in a nice way -- not a warrior to fight and win but to protect someone else and not himself.

Kaitlyn by her own IG like chose someone she considers a warrior and a lover and not a nice guy. Warriors who aren't nice guys can fight just to win, not necessarily because they are fighting to protect someone else. I have yet to see Shawn post anything that shows support of Kaitlyn and the backlash of her behavior on the show. If I was with a guy and went through all that and he didn't support me publicly and not just privately I would be out of there. Then again, I would choose the nice guy from the getgo. :Nod: JMHO and again, TWT.

Its funny...that unusual "honesty" at all costs seems to be her undoing. .It trumps sexcapades ALL DAY  LONG IMO  so I don't put all that much weight on her behaving in the way the show encourages at every turn. I don't think I would carry out all my wants as she did......but when I look inside her the person....I think she's great.

I don't doubt that RS may have gotten it right the first time. She and Shawn both seem single and ready to mingle.

Is this a joke? Kait talked to a celebrity, didn't do anything, and it's a story? Slow news day. Luckily sexgate coming up next, which should keep everyone occupied.

Ugh, the "OK" story on line quoting country music singer encounter with Shawn is not good! Cupcake is a bad babysitter! AFTR is not looking so great at the moment. Too bad but they have time to figure it out.

Doesn't that assume that Shawn actually found out about pre-FS sex with Nick, though? I'm not entirely sure he does before the FS date. In retrospect, it actually makes sense for Kaitlyn to test drive both of them ASAP if she really knew from early on that it was between Shawn and Nick and only them.  But if that's how it went down, why the need to tell any of the rest?  YMMV, but in that case, what they don't know won't hurt them, and by the time they might have found out, they would be well out of the bubble and I doubt it would bother any of them anymore. Unless of course the producers forced/coerced her to amp up the drama.  Which brings me to another question, if true, which one did she fess up to?  And did she tell Nick about Shawn and Shawn about Nick?

Ironcat it could have been TPTB that told the guys, Nick or even Shawn. Could have been TPTB forcing Kait to tell the guys, who knows. Maybe we'll find out, maybe we won't. Every year we see some controversy in the previews and they never air it. Will be interesting to see how this all plays out.

If i were Shawn , i would run away fast and far from Kaitlyn.
