GH, this is probably from their 1-on-1 in Dublin. I saw pictures of several street bins that look similar to the one in the SC. I copied one:

So I'm wondering if it's going to be set up as Kaitlyn sees Nick in the audience and has a reaction and talks about the fact that they'd become friends and then after is the moment where they talk privately and he asks to come on the show. Now keeping in mind this is a "reality" show, so the cynic in me suspects she had a heads up but I can definitely see it being filmed like his showing up at the table with Sharleen and Ashley I is a complete shock to her.
