here's a pic of kaitlyn that got me thinking about how tan she was -- her level of tan to me rivaled the interviewer lady's who imho might have had a spray tan going ...so got curious thinking about the guys

Kaitlyn's tan could be natural or a good spray tan. I honestly can't tell which it is in her case.

that's a great point and there's a chance shawn might fit under that category just from seeing his slightly pink highlights but mostly still a neutral complexion... 

I think with Ben and Dr. C though there is a marked difference between when they started and now showing the degree of tan they got... so they *can* tan quite well. shawn is more of a wildcard compared to his pics from the beginning of the show but he also tanned somewhat (you can see that shawn has tanned from his arms)...

hmm would she go to a tanning salon as part of the prep for her interview sessions? 
would it be necessary if she was out in the sun during her post-frc break?

^It depends on if she was really out in the sun much at the end of her season. Clearly they didn't spend like two weeks in a tropical location where she could have tanned as per the usual. And I imagine that during the "Honeymoon" days she could have spent some time in the sun, but I'm guessing they would rather spend time in the privacy of a building if you catch my drift.

There are also many great self tanning things available without going to a salon.

according to her she's the kind who actually just picks out a t-shirt and walks out -- that's how she described things when she said she was surprised it took her a whole day to pick a dress... from the way she was totally ok with her hair catching frizz during her FD with CS I would say she's telling the truth about being low maintenance  

also based on her neck area in this pic which is lighter it looks more like a natural tan rather than a spray which would be more even throughout. The top of her arms are also more than than the opposite side

^In that picture she doesn't even look that tan, especially her face. It looks like that could be her natural skin tone.

Basically, I don't think we can infer anything from each cast members' level of tan because there just too many variables to consider.

there are many variables with this show always even sm clues have many variables -- I don't think it's pointless to consider the tans to see how that info fits in with the other info we've sleuthed ... JMHO is that keeping on digging won't hurt if we are taking it with a grain of salt -- plus what're we going the sleuth as we twiddle thumbs and wait for spoilers tomorrow? 

regardless -- JMHO that it's not beyond the margin of possibilities that the post FRC and pre-FRC activities involved some beach action...if so tanning will be part of the equation so we can keep an open mind about it...

^Not saying it's pointless, but I don't think the tans can tell us the ending is all. For example, all the guys tan at different rates, some may have been sequestered longer than others with the opportunity to be in the sun, etc. I just can't read anything into their tan personally. JMO.
