I really hope Josh is NOT the next Bachelor.  He was just not interesting at all on Andi's season.  That smile and car salesman speeches to Andi were just too much.  He did not seem sincere, more like he was just trying to win a competition.  I never felt for once that he was truly in love with Andi.  He may be a nice person, but I just don't get the fascination with him or his looks.  But you are right, Andi's ex might be good for ratings.

Yes, they are but I can't say anymore on it.

With regards to when they left Ireland, the article on Apr 22 elluded/said that filming was already over. IMO, they can't get home on the 22-23. For that reason, I do believe that what I was told about when they came home( 17-19) is correct.

And I don't watch the Bach, but would "hate watch" Josh (someone else's phrase - can't recall who, sorry), just for entertainment value.

With the snapchat data showing Kaitlyn in Calabasas yesterday, then home(Vancouver) by last night, I find it doubtful the FRC was later than Wed, May 6th. 
I doubt it was May 6th and will still go with FRC Sunday May 3--very latest May 4 if it went into the wee hours. 
I can not see an FRC as late as Wed, wrap party and then 24 hours basically with the F1 and moving home. Talk about a fast track.

aren't FRCs on Sundays by design?? like they always happen on Sundays -- am I imagining this?
the F1 and lead also typically get a couple of days 2-4 days together right?

Andi's was on a Friday, a year ago today. Des' was on a weekday so guess it depends on filming.

There is one element that will be missing this season if it turns out that Nick win, he will not have gotten a introductary interview on the couch in the first episode. If Chris win they will be showing his interview the first night but as everything is up in the air this season we will have to wait and see what is shown and what is hidden. If Chris is in our face he wont be the winner.

I think anything is up this season, they can even choose to have the F1 obvious in the edit & have foiler campaign ongoing as well. For me I will just watch with an open mind with any kind of possibility as the outcome.

I'll try my "prediction" ... if Nick isn't F1 ... Chris is more likely F4-F2 ... definitely not F1 ... there's a thread "CH's 5 to watch" ... and to me it seems like this season's list is more in tune with Des' season ... so there would be no F1 on that list.
I think to have a "generic taste" for what is defined to be a "handsome" man ... and to me Chris doesn't result to be the next Bach picture-perfect (tho' the bio/CV is), but neither does Shawn ... so I'm questioning their position as F3 (tho' something tells me both could be much better once seen in motion and hearing their thoughts) ...
F3 - usually reserved for next TB ... which to me that excludes Nick ... so, from this POV:
F4 - Chris
F3 - Ben/Shawn
F2 - Nick
F1 - Ben/Shawn
